O staff era muito simpático. O restaurante era espetacular, recomendo vivamente! A aldeia é muito bonita e perto de várias trilhas no Geres.

O pequeno almoço poderia ser estilo buffet.

Very well maintained property, clean with friendly staff. The breakfast was lovely. The location was perfect for hikes nearby. We would happily stay again.

Rien ! Peut-être des chambres un peu petite pour les standards du Portugal… Mais c’est vraiment pour marquer quelque chose…

We stayed 2 nights with our daughters aged 9 and 7. We took a two bunk bed room. The kids loved it. It was simple but clean and practical. The room is small but there is a common area to use, this area had fridge to store food. Location is very good to walk to the miradour, poco verde and the trap of the wolf. There is drinking water running next to the property. There is a pool which we didn’t have time to use. The owner and staff very friendly. The pace had other families and also younger generations. Parking available.

It can get noisy depending on who is next door. Not everyone spoke good English so communication can be difficult.

Excellent property ! Very modern and clean, beautiful views, perfect location to explore Gerês, great swimming pool, delicious breakfast and dinner and super nice staff. We will definitely come back. Highly recommended !

We stayed in the big room for 4 people and it was like new! So clean and Fresh! The pool is amazing! The restaurant is so beautiful and serves extremely delicious food homemade!

Very beautiful rooms, well kept and very clean. Comfortable beds and nice bathrooms. The breakfast was very good and the staff kind and helpful. Dinner at the restaurant should not be missed!

The property is really pleasant. The restaurant downstairs have nice options for vegetarians.

Excellent location in the National Park. Private parking area. Swimming pool. Good service and food at the restaurant. My private room was well appointed, quiet and efficient.

In general, this is a place that you could not miss in the Area. Excellent premises, location, rooms are update, comfort and service are the number one priority. All customer are treated welcome, This Hostel is more than that is a full comfort , luxury, service, plus restaurant breakfast is amazing fresh food or you can prepare your own food in the common area. Clean liness, Decor, Harmony, Warm rooms in all sense. All the stuff is very helpfull and beyond the expetaction. To be honest, there is not work to descriptive you have to try it. Fafaio is a very nice Village in the Heart of the Peneda Geres Area.

We liked that the room was nice and it was close by the nature park. The restaurant downstairs had good food.

Pretty noisy at night due to the stray cats and dogs. Had to use a white noise machine.

Dinner and breakfast were both outstanding. Restaurant service was charming. The hostel looked new, in excellent repair. I only found the guests' sitting room with TV and self catering facilities as we' were leavng, buy they we're great too. Our stay was very reasonably priced.

Great room, beautiful view of the mountains. Great breakfast and great dinner options in the onsite restaurant. Possibility to use kitchen/communal area to cook for yourself. Great host eager to make sure visitors enjoy the area and gave us recommendations on what to see.

Too many flies. So many things to see, we didn't have time to try the pool!
