We had such a wonderful time as always at this property. It is so relaxing to sit by the pool with the smell of gardenia in air. The house has everything we would possibly need and more. Got to utilize the bikes this trip and loved our morning rides. The host is very welcoming and responsive. It always feels like coming home when we stay. Looking forward to our next visit.

My sister and I loved our month-long stay at this beautiful home, well-located in a quiet neighborhood north of Naples, close to shops, restaurants, and beaches. (Sadly, nearby Delnor-Wiggins State Park was closed due to hurricane damage.) Communication with the host was excellent. Yulia responded quickly to our inquiries, answered our questions, and even dropped off more toilet paper when we asked! The spacious floor plan was perfect, allowing us to have our own quiet spaces. We enjoyed time together watching March Madness and movies on the large-screened TV in the living room. However, we spent most of our time in the inviting outdoor living space, eating our meals (when we weren't at the numerous near-by eateries!) reading, or swimming. We paid extra to have the pool heated ($25 per day) and were glad we did - the water was delightful! We also enjoyed riding the bikes and taking walks in the mornings, often being greeted by friendly neighbors. We were sad to leave but are already looking forward to a return visit next year!

We love this house. It is really well-equipped with everything you could possible need. No issues whatsoever, hope to be back when it is available!

We loved our stay at Palm River Estates. Yulia and Patrick were wonderful host. The kitchen was well stocked with appliances, pots and pans and tableware. The induction cooktop, washer and dryer were very efficient. The furniture in the house was relatively new and comfortable. We spent most of our days, outside, on the screened in patio, by the pool. The neighborhood was quite and Yulia was always quick to respond to any issues that we had. When we arrived, we discovered that one of the 4 bikes had a flat tire. Patrick immediately brought over a new, never ridden bike. During our stay the air conditioning and heat went out and Yulia responded immediately to ensure that we were taken care of! We never had to worry if someone would respond and take care of us. The pool towels are top notch, but I would like to recommend that the bath towels be replaced. The ones in the house are worn and tired. We would definitely book again with Yulia and Patrick!

We had a great week at Yulia's house in Naples and booked it again for the following year. Fully equipped and everything was clean and working. The house had a great layout, pool, and very much enjoyed the stay. Communication with the host was excellent, she answered all of our questions promptly and was very much reachable. Highly recommended.

Our family (4 adults + 2 children) rented this property originally for a stay in October which was delayed due to the hurricane. The property manager worked with us to reschedule the trip as we weren't comfortable flying in days after the hurricane made landfall in SW FL & we were appreciative of her flexibility. We had no issue finding the property and check-in was simple. Upon arrival, I did find two large wasp nests by the garage with active wasps and reported this after checking in. We were able to avoid the nests by using the front door, but it did make me nervous with young children. The property itself was what we expected based upon the listing photos. A few of the linens showed wear, but nothing with the furniture condition made things unusable. Our first issue was with the pool heater. Despite the cooler weather in Florida, we felt that the pool temperature didn't seem to be warm at all. I reported this to the property manager after waiting the 72 hours she specified it could take for the pool to warm. Unfortunately I felt she was quite defensive about the situation despite us sending photos and videos of the pool temperature as shown on the thermometer & video showing that the fan on the pool heater was not running. We later learned from the individual who comes to maintain the pool that in order for the pool temperature to reach the "set" temperature it would need to be set higher because of where the sensor is located underground. After all of this, we were appreciative that we were refunded the additional cost that we paid to have the pool heated, but it was a big disappointment to our two children who just wanted to swim. During our week-long stay, we were in the pool for no more than 1 hour total with our son and our daughter was only able to be in for about 10 minutes total. Our second issue was with the bugs. We have owned property in Florida and recognize that some bugs ("water bugs") come with the territory. The kitchen was filled with bugs and we ended up ordering take-out almost every night due to the concern with cleanliness. You would open the cabinet doors and find live bugs (German cockroaches) crawling across the plates or in the pots and pans. I reported this to the property owner (offered photos/videos) & was told that bugs are normal and part of Florida. While I'd agree that some bugs in FL are "normal", German cockroaches are not and need to be treated. Overall, good property location, but we won't stay again.

We had a wonderful time and look forward to staying again. The house and host provided everything we could have possibly needed and then some. Yulia was so helpful and responded quickly to communications. The house and property were beautiful and truly allowed us time to relax.

We loved the house . Very clean and with everything we needed. Great location in a quiet neighborhood close to Wiggens pass beach and Seed to table. Yulia is a wonderful host very easy to communicate with . Hopefully we will get another opportunity to stay here again soon.

Wonderful is a good way to start! We have rented many times in Naples and this was one of our best. The house was delightful, exceedingly well equipped, great position and superb pool. The house had everything we needed for our mixed age family holiday. We were easily ably to entertain friends as well as have more intimate nights. The position was great - a quiet but large plot in Palm River, not overlooked and private, really easy access to Delnor Wiggins beach park but also North Naples shopping facilities such as Mercato with lots of restaurants. As well as being well equipped inside - the additions were fantastic: beach chairs, umbrellas, cool boxes, 4 bicycles and so on. Have to say we didn’t use the canoes or the pool table. There was nothing that wasn’t included - honestly. The owner was great when we had a couple of external issues - power outage and the gardeners cut the wifi cable. She sorted these issues straight away and so they had nil impact on our stay. We were fortunate enough to be in the house for 5 weeks and it really felt like home. It was fabulous.

Yulia was awesome to work with, I rented this house for my parents they hadn't been to Florida in YEARS- and they just loved the area and the house, they enjoyed the pool! They said they will be back to stay here!

Love staying here and already have my next trip booked. Thanks for another great vacation!

Overall , this property was as advertised. My family and I enjoyed our stay. Yulia was very responsive. The queen bed in the spare room was hard as a rock. We were there during a cold spell so the pool heater price per day and how long it took to heat the pool was a little frustrating. I’ve stayed at nicer places in Naples for the same price with better location and amenities.

We really enjoyed our stay here. I can’t say enough about how clean and comfortable Yulia’s home is. We’re pretty particular about cleanliness and usually spend the first day of vacation cleaning our rental. Not in this case. We were so happy to just settle in after a long drive and enjoy the place. We felt right at home. The kitchen is very well stocked and we used most everything; the pool is private and clean with a spacious and comfortable outdoor space; and Yulia was so friendly, easy to reach, and helpful throughout our stay. My husband grew up in Palm River and we were happy getting to experience the neighborhood again. The house is in a perfect spot for getting in and out quickly and finding whatever kind of shops you need. Thank you so much for everything, Yulia! We can’t wait to come back!

We have only 2 regrets 1) that we didn't book this location for longer, 2) that we had to leave. This is an excellent house with pretty much you would ever need when you stay here. The house is wonderful. It has a great open floor plan with a lot of light, a great salt water pool in a convenient location. The owner is lightning fast responding to any questions even while out of the country. she responded to us within a short time. There is a nice fenced in yard for your pet too. You can't go wrong with this property.

I believe this was our 3rd time vacationing at this property and the first under new ownership. I think they added a mattress topper and maybe even a new mattress in the master - very comfy. We enjoyed our stay, the house is very nice, with nice perks. We will definately look to stay again in the future.

We had a great time at this house. The pool was well maintained and enjoyable. The bedrooms were very nice. There was plenty of room in the closets for hanging clothes. All appliances were up to date and worked well. They provided a lot of information in the book they provided at the home on how to work all of the different appliances, etc... Everything worked well. We would stay again.

Great property. Location is ok

My husband and I loved our stay here! The location was convenient to restaurants and shopping, and we really didn’t have a problem with traffic in the area. The pool is clean and heated for nice early morning swims. The kitchen has upgraded appliances and is well stocked with dishes and cooking equipment - much better than the average rental. A nice neighborhood that we will be considering in the future for the purchase of our winter home!

We could not have been happier with this rental! The cleanliness, location, and neighbourhood were everything we could have wanted in a quiet retreat for our family. We were comfortable every minute of our stay!

On a fairly busy local street, made worse by a construction project. The homes interior did not live up to the pictures. Well equipped however with kayaks, bikes and pool toys. Neighborhood not conducive for much walking. House had an odor.

I came to Naples, Florida for a part work/part vacation getaway with my husband and son. This house was perfect on both counts. The office and patio made for an enjoyable remote work set ups for both my husband and me. And the pool and comfortable layout and convenient location made the house terrific for rest and relaxation. The kitchen was well equipped too. The fenced-in side yard was a bonus that was perfect for our small dog. And the proximity to the beach, along with bikes provided for our use was a favorite feature foe my son. All in all, we all had a very enjoyable experience and would definitely rent again. There was a small provlem with the pool heater, but Communications with property management was prompt and the issue was resolved quickly. The only criticism we had is that many lights inside and out were burned out, making the place darker than it should have been. But that aside, I would highly recommend the property.

We spent the month of July in this great house. It was spacious enough for all of us to relax, work and chill around the pool. We highly recommend this house.

We enjoyed staying at this beautiful home for 3 weeks. The location is great. It's very comfortable and updated. Our favorite part was the pool area - we ate many of our meals outside and enjoyed using the pool and surrounding pool area most days.

The house had a great lay-out and relaxing outdoor areas. Great quality appliances and linens and extras like pool and beach equipment were available for us to use. Neighborhood is great and we loved the location to the beach, shopping, downtown Naples, and Bonita Springs. So sad to leave.

my wife and I where very impressed with the home. Lots of privacy. The pool was great and great patio to sit and have drinks and read. My Daughter and my wife’s Daughter and son in law loved it. Close to restaurants and stores. We where sad we had to leave. Would stay again when we come down again. Also wonderful side yard for the dog. Thank you for the use of your beautiful home.

From the moment we walked through the door this property didn’t disappoint, and easily ranks as probably the best that we have stayed in to date. It’s super spacious, very tastefully decorated throughout, and was extra clean and organised (everywhere), with plenty of spare good quality bed linens and towels (for both bath and pool). The kitchen was extremely well equipped with everything that we could have possibly needed throughout our stay, including both filter and Keurig coffee makers. The outside screened facilities were equally fantastic with comfortable covered seating and eating areas (we had breakfast outside daily). If we had any questions, Alex and his team were quick to respond. This was our first time in Naples and getting around couldn’t have been easier. The property is located in a clean and quiet neighbourhood which was a delight to walk and cycle around and always to come home to after a day’s exploring local beaches and everything else that this part of the Gulf Coast has to offer. The property (and management) easily deserves at least 5 stars, and we would happily recommend and stay here again without any hesitation. Wish that all our rentals were to this standard!
