Location and easy access. Amenities were good and there was just enough space for the four of us. Kids slept on the top level. Nice view from the balcony. Cosy.

The bed wasn’t very comfortable and the fold out couch was not comfortable for sitting or sleeping.

Nice small flat, perfect for 2 or 3 people. The owner takes good care of the guests, there are los of amenities, the kitchen is well furbished, there are towels, yukata and complimentary slippers. The view from the balcony is nice too. It's 15min walk from the city center and memorial park.

Fantastic location and very thoughtfully equipped room. Communication with the host was very responsive and helpful.

I would have liked access to an iron for my clothes.

Auto check in and check out was super useful. The communication on how to get to the property and get the keys was clear and easy. Location was excellent

The bed on the mezzanine got hot but not sure if that’s because we couldn’t work out how to use the fan with the light off

The room was spacious and had all facilities. The location was perfect, close to the main areas, parks, restaurants, cafes and shops. It was also close to the express ferry to Miyajima.

The check-in process was not ideal, but once figured out, it was okay.

Location was great, right across the road from the Peace park. Close to shopping and restaurants.

It was difficult to work out exact location of appartments block, especially since weather was pouring rain. We walked into a foyer around the corner before we worked out where we should have been. Apartment block does not show the name of the booking, or the name we were given in email info. Google maps was not helpful. There was dirty towels left in the washing machine.

I really liked the location, it’s right in the middle of everything and the view from the window is amazing. 2 big beds, quite comfortable. 7/11 around the corner and ferry boat to Miyajima next to door makes it convenient for a day trip. ( not included in JR PASS).

smelly elevator and door that doesn’t lock automatically. you need to be very careful, even in Japan, to always lock it behind you. no bowls to eat, even tho it’s a full size apartment. wifi didn’t work at all.

Amazing location with a beautiful view from the balcony on the 10th floor. Very good value, I'd recommend this place to families staying in Hiroshima for a few days.

Quite difficult to find, no English sign of property.

The house, amenities and ease of acess to many parts of Hiroshima. Also, just a 3min walk and there's a ¥2200 (45min, 1 way)ferry to Miyajima! Recommend Nagata-ya for the Hiroshima style Okonomiyaki even with the hour long queue. Instructions were very clearly stated and easy to understand for the amenities, check out procedures and such.

Not much to not like about the place. The only dislike was that the closet which had the pillows and hanger was creaky and not smooth. Just slowly push it and it'll be fine.

The room was basic but clean. It was very close ( 5 minute) walk to the Peace Museum and the Peace Memorial Park. The bedroom has an adjoining balcony from which you can see the river. The apartment was quiet as it did not face the main thoroughfare. The accommodation was very reasonable so we weren’t expecting too much from the apartment.

The bedroom was crowded with two double beds…we just need one. No teapot which is a basic necessity when visiting Japan. No-one was there to check us in, it was all done online. We had to send copies of our passports etc. which was a bit of a pain.

Beautiful and comfy place

Location was great and close to the tram transport. Very clean and quite spacious. All amenities includes, plus a nice balcony where we saw a snowy Hiroshima. Price was very good and the beds firm exactly as I like them.

Weather was freezing so we had to wait a bit to check in and with a lot of luggage, it was difficult to move around until we did so. Although the place was awesome, the shower thing was a bit complicate to understand as everything was written in japanese and there were many buttons outside the shower room and inside. It might be a good idea to include a guide for non speaking Japanese guests. I read katakana and hiragana but the kanji made it difficult.

Excellent location. right next to the memorial park and museum. only a short walk from tons of nightlife and multiple train and bus lines. massive beds. comfortable small kitchenette. Great shower. laundry facilities. Good value, would stay again!
