We enjoyed our stay! Convenient location, quiet neighborhood, plenty of room.

Wonderful home near the base at Steamboat ski resort. Very fast walk (on walking paths) to restaurants, beer tasting room, small grocery store, mountain base, gondola, creek water play area, mountain biking. Home is not air conditioned but stayed comfortable for us, even in the heat of the day. We had a wonderful time!

The location was convenient and the house was very nice. Our family enjoyed our time.

Stove burners only partially light, furniture needs cleaned, tile in master bath is moldy under rug, curtain over sliding ding door not secure it fell and nearly knocked my husband out, fan in upper bedroom doesn’t work. Baking pans in kitchen are just disgusting, silverware and dishes just mismatched, chipped old. I was disappointed.

Home is large enough for a family of 8. Multi-generation 6-66 years old. Room to gather together or for quite time. Convenient to town, stores and activities. Quite neighborhood. Some restaurants are close that you can walk to. Hot tub was a big hit after a busy day. Had groceries delivered by GroceryMom. We would rent again.

Enjoyed our stay in this fantastic house. Superb service by the Four Seasons Steamboat staff and a very comfortable home. Felt like we were in our own house. Close enough to the Gondola to walk.

Our family of 7 needed a place convenient and comfortable for everyone including the non skiers. This place fit the bill. We barricaded the stairs to confine the 2 year old to the main floor and it worked fine. Management was quick to respond to any inquiries.

Dryer was broken.

This was a great house for 2 families with little kids (assuming your kids have no problems with stairs!). Ample space to spread out but kids never too far to hear them. Good community space for eating/cooking/hanging out and the 2 garage parking spots made getting the littles in/out easier. We really appreciated the sleds and the Christmas tree since we were there at holiday time. Easy to get to everything, clean, and such great communication with the property manager. We'll be back!

The house was fine and worked well for us, but what impressed me the most was Four Seasons Property Mgmt. They kept us informed, provided lots of helpful information about the place and about Steamboat and things to do. They made it so easy, which made the stay that much better.

We had a wonderful family vacation at this house! It is located about 15 minutes from Fish Creek Falls (great hiking) and about 10 minutes from downtown. The neighborhood is quiet and in walking distance to a couple of restaurants and a brewery. The house was very clean, had everything you would need, and the check in/out process was very easy! We really enjoyed our stay and cannot wait to visit again!

Perfect place for a mountain getaway!

Four couples and a dog - fit. Well. Enjoyed the big kitchen. A little far to walk in ski boots, but a quick drive. Would repeat.

From start to finish check in was easy and the house is clean and spacious. Plenty of places to sit hang out and play games at the table. Made great use of the spacious kitchen and cooked in. Wonderful place for with plenty of floors and room for extended family. Many thanks to the wonderful hosts and their wonderful house. Hot tub is well worth it as well for those sore legs.

Outstanding home to spend the Holidays in with my wife and our five children! We couldn't have been more pleased with the house, the location and Steamboat. Highly recommend.

The property was wonderful. A short 10 minute walk to the ski resort our family had a wonderful time. The host set up a Christmas tree which was a lovely holiday touch. The hot tub was a great way to relax after a full day on the slopes. The beds were really comfortable.

We arrived on a HOT afternoon, and found the property with no trouble. The owners left a very nice welcoming note for us. However, the house itself was pretty stuffy and closed up in spite of having all the room fans on, and it took hours to cool down! Very grateful that there were screens on every window so we could open them without worrying about bugs coming inside! Even had to have the fans on in the 2 bedrooms on the lowest level since it was so warm. Had the whole family get together on Saturday with the other sections of family ( who stayed in a different property) and got a super great shot of all of us on the steps outside the house. 14 adults , 3 kids and a 16 month old all smiled at the same time! Perfect porch setup for watching some of the hot air balloons rising in the morning. The property is at the top of the street and we had great views. The rooms were all comfy and bedroom and bathroom facilities really nice. Only a few critiques- not enough wine glasses- even for the 6 adults staying in the property. Lots of dishes - but with lots of chips. Wobbly bench seat at the table ( not individual chairs as shown in the picture), which made seating or getting up from the table difficult. The fridge is a side by side, so, since we brought a lot of food, had to really stuff everything in there. Very nice large kitchen- the 16 month old loved walking around! Overall we had a lovely time being with our family. It was nice being in a spacious home and able to visit without being on top of one another. Had to really keep an eye on our grandson since the stairwell was very open ( really nice wood floor and stairs and a beautiful slate design at the entrance.) I would say this is a really nice property and sleeps plenty of people- but maybe not so great for babies/toddlers who need a lot of supervision.

Glad to have found a nice property that was able to accommodate our family of four, grandparents, plus the dog.
