Staff, cleanliness, room - all good.
Having air conditioning is great, however the room felt stuffy because the cold air stayed in one area of the room. A fan in the main area of the suite would make a big difference.

Best motel we have stayed in Australia! The room was super comfortable, bathroom seemed it was renovated just yesterday and was sparkling clean. Staff was very friendly and welcomining, we only stayed from 1 night but would definitely stay for longer. It's just across DiBortoli winery and an easy walk to the main shops and restaurants.

Fantastic renovation of the rooms and the property which is as spotless inside and out. I was warmly welcomed by the owners on arrival and provided with a pool towel so I could have a quick drip before my function. Would highly recommend!

Clean and the pool was great and they had towels to use and not the room ones.
The car parking. Had a wine barrel in my lane that made it hard to park the car in and then had a step up. When having reversed the car in and was putting things into the boot I stepped back and forgot the step and fell over.

Rooms were newly renovated however I found the sink and mirror outside of the bathroom a little awkward.

Very lovely & friendly lady attend to us during check-in & out, location is easy walk to the town centre for breakfast & dinner + drinks, room is refurbished, bathroom lack of rack and towel rail, enough lighting for the room.
Big gap from window's blind enable lights to seep through, noise from other hotel guest can be heard till late in the night, very thin wall, bed is on the hard side for us, 2 reading light control by just 1 switch.

It was very clean. The staff were friendly. The location was close to town. Bed was comfortable. The air conditioning was excellent as was the wifi.
The bathroom had no basin and not much room for toiletries etc. The wash basin was in the main room which isn’t always convenient. The tea and coffee supplies were minimal.

Really clean, family room exactly what we needed and great location. Also the staff were absolutely delightful and so happy to help with any requests.
Just a couple of tiny details that we noted - the pillows were uncomfortable and the toilet paper was rubbish, like 1 ply.

Sue the owner/operator was amazingly friendly and helpful with any and all requests. Rooms were clean, bathroom nicely renovated, small kitchenette with most items you would need for a short stay.
