When I needed towels for the pool and plates and silverware to eat it was not available. Was told to go next door to Bar Louie and see if they could assist me.

I love the buffet breakfast I love the variety

Our hotel room was very nice. The hotel breakfast was delicious, and the lobby was decorated beautifully for Christmas. The front desk staff was very friendly and accommodating during our stay.

The front desk staff is short staffed. I had tried to call multiple times on more than one occasion on the way to the hotel. It kept going to voice mail. It made complete sense to us once we arrived. There was always one person at the desk during our stay trying to manage the Starbucks counter, the front desk, and the phones. There should be two people at all times.

Que me cancelaron la reservación porque llegué a las 11 pm , cuando era una reservación confirmada por Booking.com, por fortuna me dieron una habitación pero no deberían hacer eso si es confirmada con cargo si no se hace show up!!!

Beautiful property, full breakfast, great location for what needed it for. We only stayed one night so didn’t get to experience the hotel much, but would definitely be back if we’re staying in the area again!

The cooling system in the room. Had the thermostat set at 68 (like I do at home) and it was MUCH warmer in our room. I have a hard time sleeping when it’s too warm.

Breakfast was excellent. Although staff said it was from 7 am to 10 am, but it actually started at 6:30 which worked perfect for us.

So much nicer than expected. Love the free happy hour and snacks as well as the breakfast. Cozy rooms that were clean and comfortable. Definitely would stay there again.

No trash bags n the trash can and not enough face towels..

Very clean and lots of amenities.

We could hear the people above us all night, made it hard to sleep. The AC fan wouldnt stay on so we weren’t able to drown out the noise.

The property was very clean and aesthetically pleasing! We also appreciated the daily breakfast and the evening happy hour was an excellent touch!

Plugs next to bed sisnt work so I was unable to charge phones at night for alarms next to us.

Horrible customer service, ran out of pillows and front desk told us to roll up a blanket as a pillow and good luck. Our truck was broken into and hotel could care less. Their staff had a delayed reaction and didn’t go check the parking lot when reported. Will not compensate anything.
