The room was dirty and all the appliances were broken. The dead bolt lock to the room was broken to the point where had to have it fixed upon entering the room for the first time. The hotel staff was rude and not present when needed. There are a ton of other issues but it will take to long to list them all. Not a good Home 2 at all and this is coming from someone who stays exclusively at these hotels when traveling.

For hotel to open just 3 weeks, it was FILTHY. Everything looked thrown up at the last minute. Thick dust and caulk EVERYWHERE. We had a group of ten and it was another group that was complaining, as well. In fact the other group were so upset with the hotel, the police had to be called. I paid a $185 for a new Hilton hotel that was more like a $30 OLD Quality Inn. I will DEFINITELY not recommend this hotel to anybody!

It was clean and a good location to everything.

I reserved a queen one bedroom suite through booking.com. When I arrived the put me in a king suite (no bedroom). They changed me to a queen double suite. The manager said, “I don’t know why they let you reserve that. We don’t have one. It’s under construction.” After talking to another employee and corporate, they confirmed they did have queen bedroom suites. The room they moved me to, the air conditioner was broke. Maintenance made them aware while they were in my room. The front desk ladies told me they would get me moved. They never did. I went to the front desk everyday asking for a discount and the manager never bothered to speak to me. He let the ladies deliver messages for him. I stayed all week in a room with no air conditioner. Then they charged me 856.00 for this room. There were also other issues. The whole stay was a nightmare. I am still waiting on corporate to resolve this situation.

The staff was excellent, the size and cleanliness of the room.

The hotel canceled my reservation at the last minute on the day I was scheduled to arrive and the other hilton hotels nearby would not accommodate. I ended up paying more at another Hilton Hotel for a last minute booking.
