Common areas were very warm and did not smell fresh

The breakfast was good The location was good also. Enjoyed everything about my stay.

fast wifi is the only good thing about this hotel

room wasn’t ready in time, they are perpetually understaffed. staff is incredibly aggressive in the morning (I had three separate ppl pound on my door before 10am) and the rooms are disgusting. carpet feels permanently wet bc of how old and dirty it is, one of the outlets was cracked, a shard of glass was taped back into the room art, the television didn’t work. just stay elsewhere this is not up to the Laquita name at all.

The breakfast selection was more than I hoped for and everything was delicious! The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Everything was clean and comfortable. Glad I chose to stay here and would stay here again if in the area.

Friendly staff

Had to change rooms two times. Had painting fall off wall in other front room while sleeping. Glass broke everywhere on our bags. Rooms were dirty First room had to move out of because there was a constant loud beeping that came from AC unit. Super annoying and loud We think the hotel is haunted. Seriuosly

Thr beds were comfortable and house keeping was friendly.

The sound on the tv wouldn't work and the toilet was not flushing. Plus the cook kept staying at us while everyone fix their breaking without speaking.

It was just okay.

My room was given away and the bathroom in my room was not clean. It still had old soap in the shower area. The toilet had urine on it too. Disgusting. I has to clean myself as no one was available to clean.

Location was great . Most of the staff was very friendly.

I put in room that had two loud barking dogs next in the next room over. When I asked to be moved they acted like it was a problem. Once I was moved to new room it was across the hall from two more barking dogs 😥. The hallway smell like dog and marijuana 😷. The staff at the desk said that they would give me a discount but never did.

The lobby smelled strongly of sewage. The room was full of dog hair. The bed had a massive 2 foot stain that looked like blood or feces. There was a bed bug found on the mattress and the staff grabbed it quickly and said " oh no thats not a bed bug".... IT WAS A BED BUG!

suggest a regular cleaning of fan in bathroom. it was disgusting. Thick gray dust in all vents and clumps hanging. otherwise the room seemed clean.

Great service at the desk and housekeeping, breakfast was wonderful. Will definately stay again!
