Check in was quick. The front desk experience was very pleasant. Tae was very accommodating and friendly. We really appreciated that. The selection at breakfast was very good. There was a good mix of protein ie eggs, bacon, and sausage and carbs. Our room was quiet and had all the amenities. The beds were comfortable. Our only frustration came with having window shades that would not work. And the shower temperature was not hot. Check out was very nice.

The location was great with restaurants nearby. The hotel clerk was friendly and helpful. The hotel is under renovation so the lobby restrooms are closed.
I didn’t like that at 10 am the lady who cleans was knocking on our door and asked if we had late check out. I told her we were checking out at 11 and she seemed unhappy about that.

The hotel was under construction so some things like the pool exercise room was not available, breakfast was available but not the hot food, other than that it was great, staff was very accommodating and friendly, I would definitely go back and recommend.

The Front Desk Clerk Candace is the best but the house keeper on the shift I check out on was horrible liars true this is a non-smoking facility and I do smoke in my car or at the destinated smoking area but they tried to lie and say I smoke in the room mind you this came from two non-smokers long story short Candace a sweet heart she reimbursed my deposit bc you can smell like smoke and don't smoke in the room.

The entire hotel is under construction and no breakfast was offered. This was not disclosed when I booked. Workers cutting and installing tile in foyer/rooms well into the evening.

The room was great. The property was under major renovation. The lobby floor, sitting area and breakfast area was torn apart. Tape, plastic, drywall plaster was everywhere. The staff was very nice. I hope when its all done, it is beautiful.

I liked the staff. The first room assigned to me smelled like meldew and poop. The hall hallway was also smelly. The first floor was under construction. At chech in i had to walk the the construction to get to the room. The was no clear path. Checking out the workers were there working in the entryway. I had ti jump over the work area to get out thr door
Also website states breakfast. There was no breakfast. As it appeaers the kitchen was under construction. Therefore i paid for services that were not available.

Property is under renovations. That’s not the issue. Our shower didn’t have a handle. It was laying on the counter in the bathroom. We let them know the shower handle was on the counter making the shower unusable.

Check in was easy and the young lady up front was very kind. She explained they the hotel was under renovation and that the pool was closed which was fine because we didn’t know there was a pool beforehand. She also stated that although the dining area was being renovated they still offered complimentary breakfast. The room was spotless, my only gripe is that the noise from the hallway was quite loud and I could hear the person in the next room opening their microwave/toilet flushing etc. We were not aware that the property was being renovated before we booked but other than having to see the construction it didn’t effect our stay at all.

Property needs updating and deep cleaning. It was not clean around the edges of the walls, our curtain was hanging over the air conditioner, and the elevator was last inspected in 2023 and the license for the elevator EXPIRED in 02-2324.

Property being remodeled and it looks great. In our room the shower water never really got hot enough for a comfortable shower.
And on Saturday night the fire alarm was tripped which required everyone to get up and start heading for the exits. It ended up being a false alarm. Never was explained why it was tripped nor even an apology for the incident upon checkout.

I wish I could write something nicer about the hotel, but staying in a room between the hotels laundry room and a guests room where someone stayed that watched loud TV all night long makes it very hard… well, it was my birthday weekend escape and unfortunately I couldn’t really enjoy it because of that circumstances…the hotel is very noisy, rooms are outdated, but with the renovation they are obviously working to make it better, the breakfast was ok, the staff friendly. Only the king bed was fabulous, but if you are not able to sleep …. Would I stay here again? Probably not. Would I recommend the hotel to one of my friends and family? Probably not! Next time we will book not as spontaneous as this time… and would stay in a Hilton group hotel again.

The check in person was so nice! There were fresh cookies put out and she had just made pink lemonade. Also the breakfast omelettes were extroardinarily good. Room was large and roomy - just a great experience.

I would not stay here again. Tiles in bathroom floor cracked, grout missing, hair on walls and in towel. Shower was bit good at all, you either had it scalding hot or cool and it didnt matter if you wanted a shower, you got a shower/bath combined because of the tub drainage. Lights in bathroom flickered....not a good experience and i usually dont leave reviews!!

Checking in and out was simple and fast. The bed was so soft that my back regrets the sleepover. The hotel is being remodeled but the construction is not a total eye sore.Breakfast was simple, enough, and pleasing for the appetite.

Had I know that the hotel was under construction I would not have stayed there. I came in to wanted to take a nap before my appointment, but was not able because of the renovations. Customer service was great and I am glad that they are putting money back into the hotel, as it is aging. Things were clean but just wish that I could have gotten some rest.

Our room literally gave me vertigo. The floor dipped down in half the room. Nails were sticking out the side of the entertainment center area. The staff was incredibly nice, but the room itself was not good.

Online they have an inside pool but at the desk they told us it was not working. The pool was the main reason for getting this hotel.
They would not print us a reciept because it was booked with " a third party". I am actually a member of IHG
They put a 50$ hold on my card also because it was a third party. So I hope they didn't put any charges on it since they refused to print me a reciept. We were told at checkin we could get one printed at checkout.

Check-in was quick and the woman at the front desk was friendly. The hotel seems to be a little out of the way. The room is comfortable and seems clean. It is diffult to get the luggage teolley in the room, but I made it work. I had to kill a roach where the trolleys are stored... Overall it seems like a comfortable hotel.
