The location is definitely a plus as it is very close to the cathedral, stores and bars. The check in was easy. The wifi was working great. The room was clean. The beds were comfortable.

The room was small that the 2 beds covered most of the space, the bathroom had a strong scent that the door had to be kept closed.

The room was very comfortable and really clean. Service was good. I loved the location.

I had a bit of trouble getting the TV working at first as instructions were not so clear. Not all requests were fulfilled promptly by staff.

Staff are gorgeous souls & eager to help. Room & bathroom are large and comfortable. The building is historic and charming. Plenty of hot water in Room 6.

Door lock worked, but was loose. Lack of ventilation in Room 6. Only one window, is at street level in a carpark beside a bar. I awoke at 2am with a cracking headache and had to sit outside in the common area in my pyjamas, just to breathe some fresh air. It's not an ideal safety situation for a woman travelling alone. In the morning I felt comfortable to open the window, but then you have dust and smells from the street.

The biggest plus of this hotel is the location. It's hard to find any other pluses. Very economic place. You've got what you paid for. Hard to complain remembering the price.

No ventilation, so it's hot in room. The safe doesn't work. All the night I could hear the noises made by the electronic lock.

Very nice hotel in the lovely colonial building. Some rooms have windows, some don't so try to get the more specious ones with windows, much better! The location is great, couple of minutes from the main plaza and beautiful cathedral. Many shops and restaurants around.
