Just the breakfast and the lady who was serving in that area was friendly.
Everything was terribly . From the beginning everything was bad, the lady who was at the front desk when we arrived told us that our reservation was not in the system, we asked her to please find us a room without the reservation she told us that there was no availability. I called customer service and explained the situation to them, they spoke to the hotel with another lady at the front desk and she told them that there were rooms available, we returned to the hotel, this lady was nicer than the other one, and she assigned us the room. Finally we were in the room. All this happened between 10pm and 12am. When we were already resting, at 3am a music started earning at loud and when I say it was loud, it was very loud, this lasted until 4:30 am and no one at the hotel did anything about it. In conclusion, it was the worst night, after driving from Florida and wanting to rest to continue towards Texas.

Clean comfortable bed and pillows. The lobby was clean and the grounds were clean. Location is close to restaurants.
Pet fee was not revealed until check-in. $75 fee was excessive for a <10 lb dog for one night. Facility is missing a designated pet bathroom area. Breakfast was disappointing, the juice was watery and the coffee was luke warm.

The beds were very comfy and the hotel itself was in a prime location near everything.
Housekeeping was loud and rude as they were cleaning. They were banging against the walls and moving furniture in a very aggressive manner. I thought someone was fighting. They also had caution floor signs everywhere even though the floors were never wet. There were some many that someone could have easily had an accident tripping over one. Especially the ones in the immediate walkways.

The beds are comfortable and overall the place is clean however in the bathroom (baseboard area) could use a little work but other than that I love it and plan to return in a few months!

I think the thing I don’t like and would like changed because I want to stay there every time I visit now is that the second roller in the window should offer a darker shade, I couldn’t really sleep once the sun rose because the shade is too thin and light. Oh and breakfast needs an update or variety.

Nothing at all. The location was okay; it wasn't the best location.
The front desk clerk's behavior towards me and my family was unacceptable. She failed to extend a basic greeting and appeared irritated by our presence. Furthermore, her phone headset on was a poor excuse for not making any effort to assist us. I requested that my family and I be placed on the same floor, and I insisted that the clerk come to my room to address the issue that feminine open products were left in the room. Furthermore, I demanded to be relocated to another room that is more hygienic as the initial one was contaminated with leftover feminine products.

I didn’t like that my 2nd night (8/12/23) of a two night reservation was cancelled without my knowledge until I arrived at the hotel at 11:30p due to me being marked a no-show on my 1st night of reservation, despite me contacting the hotel directly and booking.com staff informing them that I needed to cancel the 1st night only. I traveled with my 7yr old son was asleep on the couch of the hotel with according to the night audition.

my room wasnt as nice as last time. Room 231 didnt have both shades on the window, peeling paint above the AC. Charged for 2 rooms, did get a refund on the second call. weird smell in room.
