The location was absolutely fantastic. It was so central and closely located to any possible monuments you would want to visit in Prague. As a group of girls travelling for a girls trip it was also walking distance to any food bars or clubs which made us feel so safe leaving and coming home each night. I could not fault it it was perfectly located. The staff were also very helpful and friendly and the access to the hotel felt very secure at night especially.

The room was up to my standards, very clean and comfortable. The elevator and reserved parking was a plus. Excellent location.

The breakfast was much worse than what photographs show in the gallery. It’s bellow any standards. The quality is very poor and so is the selection of items. Very disappointing experience. I would not recommend this place to stay for exactly that reason. I think there are other hotels nearby with better breakfast options.

Excellent location - the Charles Bridge is just around the corner. Big and clean room. Crazy Old Town view from 3rd floor window. Very friendly staff.

A very humble breakfast (to put it mildly)

The location is awesome just 3-4 mins from Charles Bridge.

Breakfast - Breakfast was not available at/before 9.30 once, also the quality of breakfast is not at all acceptable. There were Omlets and 1 Type of Sausage and some cakes from groceries, which were cut and kept there, and some fruits. Lift is not accessible directly from the reception, you need to climb steps to catch lifts Cleanliness - The staircases were dusty and it looked like not cleaned after the construction work No Intercom / Phone inside the room The hotel is under partial renovation or some construction was going on in the Hotel so that they could offer lower rates but it was not the case

Location is AMAZING and PERFECT, old building but clean and nice hotel.

The only thing is there is some stairs before the elevator so consider that if you are with kids.

Amazing location, clean, quiet

The building had so much character. Location was perfect, right in the heart of the Old Towne. The room had very good air conditioning and decent elevator. Breakfast was good, but they don't have warmers to keep eggs or cooked meats warm. Espresso machine is temperamental, always overflowed, needs calibrated. Staff was extremely courteous and helpful...if not for them, I would have switched hotels. They tried to make things right, but some things are owners neglect.

The bathroom was disgusting, moldy shower, the sink & shower didn't drain. Maintenance came, but didn't fix the issue as you would expect. Not my thing to stand in 2 inches of water in the shower. Carpets in the room didn't feel like they are vacuumed. Towels smelled old, like after you forget them in the washer overnight by accident. They don't have key cards, so there's only 1 key for our room and.....1 key to get into hotel after they close, so good luck coordinating 2 people with different eating & drinking habits. Value was ok, but just a nasty hotel...felt like a old Sleep Inn kinda quality. We weren't expecting 5 star, but this was barely a 2 star.

My whole experience was a bad experience to staying at this hotel. I requested a specific room, and I communicated with the hotel, and I got confirmation about my room, but when I checked in, I got a different room. Also, nothing was working properly in the room. Water, for taking a shower was warm more towards cold water. Also, Water was leaking from sealing(several different spots )in the restroom area. When I called the reception, the person in front dest completely ignored me and said thats ok, still you can use the restroom. Although water was literally leaking above my head at the restroom but he said you can still use the restroom. I asked for air-condition, and they said air-condition is not working. Although, I was making sure to check air-condition at the time of reservation on the website. Their website mentioned that the hotel has air-condition. Air-conditioned was my main reason to change my hotel. Overal very very very, very, poor customer service, facilities and very bad experience to stay at this hotel. The only advantage was the location.
