Evergreen Landing-Modern APT Perfect for Duck Fans
Cet appartement au charme incontestable dans le secteur rural de Eugene est la solution idéale pour explorer les environs en toute simplicité. L'hébergement dispose d'un parking sur place, de là vous pourrez aisément faire le trajet de 10 minutes jusqu'à Hayward Field (stade) ou de 12 minutes jusqu'à Autzen Stadium.

We attended a wedding 15 minutes from Evergreen Landing. It was perfect. We loved the place and were surprised how big it actually was.

We loved staying in this property with our three kids under age four. Shanna has thought of everything! There were plates, bowls, cups, and utensils for our kids, cabinets and outlets were baby proofed, and there was an easy-to-use gate at the top of the stairs. We didn't have to worry about any of the safety issues that we usually need to worry about when away from home with our young kids. The home was quiet and private, and the space is so pleasant and bright. We loved it here and we will stay there every time we visit Eugene!

The hosts here were amazing. There was a huge ice storm. They went above and beyond to take care of us. We're looking forward to being able to return and really explore the area.

Great stay and place!! Perfect for 1-2 couples or a family. We really liked the location, the apartment was well stocked and everything worked well! Shanna very fast to respond if you need her!! Will come again for sure!!

This truly was the perfect place for my UO student-athlete and me to come "home" to in Eugene. In addition to being a staging area for my daughter's "stuff" needed for dorm living, this apartment was spacious and had all the amenities needed for our week+ stay. I will definitely want to stay here when I come back to visit. Shanna and John are A+ owners.

We had a great stay with Shanna and John! They had all the right touches for our stay with a 10 month old — baby gate, pack and play, high chair with silicone bibs, some kid-friendly dinnerware, outlet covers… plus the on-site laundry! We would gladly stay again!

This was a great place to stage dropping our daughter off at school. The location is outside of town which made it quiet and relaxing. The home was very clean and new. It is spacious and no one felt like they were cramped. We needed a small favor from the owner at one point and she was very approachable and helpful. Thank you!!! Highly recommend.

The property was wonderful. The hosts have thought of everything to make it comfortable and welcoming. The mattresses were soft, they had different pillow densities for different preferences, a well-stocked kitchen, and plenty of games and books. And I will absolutely be returning if I go back to the area!

Misleading base price. Over 1/2 cost were additional charges. This was a busy weekend in Eugene. I would have preferred a fully disclosed total price based on the price hike for the marathon and other activities at the U of O.

Perfect place for a friends getaway.
Evergreen Landing was the perfect location for our girls weekend. It was very clean and comfortable. Shanna was an excellent host and was quick to respond to my messages. We will definitely return!

Parents weekend U of O
Lovely, clean, well decorated place. Perfect but just a little far from campus but not a bad drive! Comfortable, well stocked with all the comforts of home. Couch was very uncomfortable and too small for a 3 bedroom place (not a lot of seating available to just relax) but otherwise we give it 5 stars!

Awesome space! Clean and beautifully decorated. Great location. Close to some great wineries in one direction and food and breweries in the other. Hosts were responsive and helpful. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Very pleasant stay
Relaxing quiet home setting in separate building with country views. Easy contactless communication with property owners. Clean modern decor with convenient features in bathrooms and bedrooms- extra outlets and kitchen utensils, coffee supplies too!

Wonderful place!
Our family was the first to stay here, as we came in for the Olympic Trials. Our stay was absolutely wonderful. The hosts, Shanna and family, had thought of everything. The apartment was separate from the hosts main house, and was clean, with new appliances and fun decor. They even had thought of the little things for infants or little kids who might be part of your group. Plus they’re are some great hiking/running trails less than a mile down the road on the Iris Ridge Trails. Would highly recommend this place to anyone!
