Location was perfect. Opposite a Bistro that had its own pool too.
The pool was shaded mornings and afternoons.

Amazing location located in the heart of Kalkan with a private pool and amazing landlord. They regularly cleaned the place and the service was exceptional !
The property was great however if they an electric coffee maker it would be better !

A very nicely presented apartment with lots of thoughtful touches; hairdryers, beach towels, washing powder, instructions in English.

Comfort, space and the quiet location. Not far from the above the Kalamar road part of the village so close to the bars, restaurants and food shops. The pool was great and cleaned daily. The beds were great and the apartment very well appointed.

Location was great. Perfect walking distance from the centre of town. This included all the restaurants and beach clubs and supermarkets.

We loved our stay at the Garden Court Apartments, it is super spacious, great swimming pool, location was perfect for us, a short walk into the old town… we didn’t want to leave! The host was excellent, he reserved us tables for dinner and sorted our taxis and generally very communicative and helpful. We also absolutely loved Kalkan, great food, weather and so beautiful. Great holiday destination and this is the perfect accommodation to enjoy it :)

Beautiful large comfortable lounge and kitchen facilities. Court yard and pool area lovely private. Apartment very close to shops and 10min walk to the town centre
En-suite need updating. No storage facilities for toiletries and very small. Also bathroom door did not close properly due to where the the very small sink situated. .
Beds not very comfortable and could have more than one pillow. Extra pillows not provided when requested.

NOT VERY GOOD BEDDING.
LUCKILY THERE WAS ONLY 4 OF US IF YOU HAD 6 OR MORE THE ROOF TERRACE WOULD BE TOO SMALL.
