The boiler had problems

It was the perfect retreat for my summer school in Oxford. It was clean, comfortable, and cute. The fan was great in the heatwave, and the ventilation was good. I appreciated the security. It was also very convenient for the bus stops into Oxford! Part of my stay, others stayed with me and it was roomy enough for 4 people.

Cons: The stove top is slow to warm up, but that is a tiny little niggle. The dishwasher didn’t work when I was there, but I’m sure that will be fixed by now.

It was very noisy and the property itself felt like it needed some additional maintenance and cleaning.

The property was centrally located, although very quiet , with private parking . The agent was a gentleman, having to wait on , due to late flight delays .

we chose the property because of the proximity to Blenheim Palace. it was a decent size.

all the fittings and fixtures and decor felt cheap. the laminate kitchen cupboards have chips, poor quality carpet, ruckled vinyl and poor quality sealant in the bathroom. no toiletries or homely touches

there were no clothes hangers
