Staff were super helpful from booking process and communication wise. Hot tub was perfect temperature and the view was amazing!

Our room was situated alongside other guests balcony, the guests staying at the time we did were quite grumpy even when we greeted them with a hello and they complained when we put music on a low volume while chilling in our hot tub, bare in mind their room was a good bit away from the hot tub and the volume was really low, also we paid over €1000 for two nights here I think a little bit of music at an extremely low volume should be allowed. The owners understood though and were just doing their job when contacting us regarding the other guests complaint. Some people just have to give out about something I suppose, miserable! Anyways, overall it was a nice stay room is small so perfect for 2 nights and Christos was super helpful!

Junior suite is very small - hard to walk around freely. tiny space was surprising given the cost. The place was very well presented and we were allowed to check in much earlier than anticipated, which we were very grateful for, however the hot tub had not been drained and cleaned as there was evidence of sunscreen and lotion along the top of the water and the sides of the tub.

Everything was absolutely amazing, beautiful sunset view in perfectly warm jacuzzi. Thanks a million for a great stay.

I picked a winner here. Everything was perfect. the location, the accessibility. The staff. Tzeni was so attentive and made sure everything was good with my room. The hot tub on the balcony was lovely to come back to after exploring the sights and hiking. The bed was super comfortable and the shower was powerful and hot. This place definitely made my trip to Santorini very special. The location is much less busy and hectic than nearby Oia and Fira but there are some great hiking trails very close that you can easily get to them and the bus stop which can take you around the island with ease. No need to get an expensive taxi! I would definitely recommend this place.

Fantastic property!! Niko was so hopeful and made sure our stay met all of our needs. The view from the room is spectacular and we loved the private spa. The room itself is small, but that didn’t bother us. I’d highly recommend it!!!

Junior suite a little small but expected with an amazing view like that.

We went in September and loved the location as it was away from crowds in Oia and in the perfect location to watch the sunset from the comfort of our own room which was the Deluxe suite. We enjoyed the hot tub on our balcony and the fresh sheets and towels every day. Someone came by and cleaned the hot tub every day too so it was very clean. Mr. Nikos was fantastic - he carried our luggage down to the place and again upon check out. He was very responsive any time we communicated with him. The housekeeper was lovely and spent a lot of time cleaning each suite every morning. We asked for an iron and were provided with one upon request.

There were lots of little bugs that kept entering the place. The housekeeper was great and gave us a bug spray for the balcony.

we stayed 5 days in junior suite. it was extremely tranquil, even though the suite is literally on the popular route of the tourists. we enjoyed the views, the attention of the personnel, the comfort of the bed. cleaning service with fresh towels, water, coffee is provided daily! there is no reception, which is frankly fantastic - the person is in WhatsApp responding instantly.

they don’t have a pool. the hot tub was tricky - you cannot regulate temperature by yourself and it was not ideal - sometimes too hot, or too cold other days - we had to ask for the handyman to check on it almost every day.

Such a lovely place!! The sunset here is absolutely AMAZING. close to everything and also felt very private. The pool is bigger than any others we saw either. Overall 10/10.

A thicker comforter would be nice and also the water in the shower barely got warm so we essentially took semi cold showers the whole time.

gorgeous suite with beautiful views of the Caldera. we didn’t even leave our suite for dinner as the views were better here than from anywhere else! the room itself was romantic and clean. Nikos, the host, was great and helped us book a wonderful excursion. he was available to help us book taxis, sort luggage, give recommendations at any time - he helped us a lot. we made some amazing memories here and would definitely stay here again should we ever return

honeymoon suite was spacious

The view was incredible, 2 balcony’s and a jacuzzi. The bed was a king and very comfortable. The host was responsive and helpful. Gave many tips for the island. Perfect location!

The room was tiny but we booked the junior suite so we knew this when booking, but didn’t change how awesome the stay was.

Everything was excellent and unique - the only thing I’d change is the bed. It was a bit stiff, but there’s a mattress pad so I can tell they tried.

The most excellent view in all of Santorini! You will not be disappointed. Awesome hot tub and close to restaurants.

This place was amazing, we had our own hot tub overlooking the Caldera which was also in the shade so we could use it during the sunniest points of the day. Sounds awful using a hot tub in the mediterranean heat but it was actually really nice. The room was spectacular, stocked with coffee and a fridge to keep bottles of water/wine nice and cold for the evening to watch the sun set. Oh yeah - from this location you get a full view of the sunsetting over the Caldera so no trying to climb over other tourists in busy sunset locations, we watched it from our balcony every night. Absolutely fantastic spot. All of that before we even got to our host Nikos, the guy is excellent. Nothing is too much to ask him hes just a text away, always has a helpful answer. I must admit I felt like he takes on a lot, saw him running about all day (from 4am so literally all day!) but even still, he was always there to help with whatever was needed. Brilliant guy, he made the stay that extra bit more special so thanks to Nik.

Would definitely recommend the Honeymoon suite, views were amazing! Room was spacious and very clean, overall a wonderful stay! Nikos our host was very helpful and nothing was too much to ask.
