This is one of the best airport hotels I have stayed at. It’s immaculate and beautiful. Check in was easy. Complimentary cookies and water was a nice touch. The bar and restaurant are great too. Rooms are spacious.

Location was great if you just need to be near the airport but is a bit of a trip if you are going anywhere else.

Dining room was great. Left too early to get breakfast. Maybe a to-go meal for those whose plane leaves at 6am

Easy access to the airport; just a short 2-3 minute drive. Away from the hustle and bustle of Panama City Beach, but close enough to go back and forth. Comfortable, clean rooms; quiet and restful.

I book Hilton as they have high standards and safety. Apparently not anymore.

At check in desk three workers were standing talking and ignored us. Took 20 minutes to get waited on even though we were the only ones in line. At 12:15 am our room was barged in. The hall lights turned on the racket woke me up. It was very scary.  The do not disturb sign was on the door. A Hilton worker was trying to get into our room to allow another family in. She was shocked that we were in the room which is really strange as I checked in on site, was handed a room card & paid on site with my credit card. I paid extra for the room for breakfast. After eating breakfast, Cleaning Services tried to get into our room to clean it. He was shocked we were in there. He said that the room was noted as vacant: needs to be cleaned. Hotel cleaning service manager then called our room to say she was sorry for the error and would provide us with a breakfast coupon. I told her we already had breakfast as I paid extra with the room booking. She couldn’t see that on her end. Another phone call later I was advised the manager would be calling me. This never occurred. Waited in line 15 minutes to check out and to ask for a manager. The manager came out and told me she was doing research to find out what happened and that this is a very rare occurrence. She told me she would look into the situation and call me back. Two days later I still do not have a call. I was on hold for 30 minutes yesterday trying to get a Hilton representative/manager and she had no interest in helping me. it is my right to have privacy in a room and not to be disturbed, especially with the sign on the door. The room was entered in the middle of the night, which is very unsafe. Hilton has not reached out to me, nor have they shown any serious indication that this is a rare occurrence or that they want to have me as a repeat customer.

The room was so damp and cold. They need to have some type of dehumidifying system so that the a/c doesn’t have to be blasting to be able to combat the humidity.

The location is great, easy access to the airport and to PCB, if needed. The hotel is clean, well maintained, and the staff is helpful and friendly. Thanks for a great stay!
