the property was perfect as were the staff. the only suggestion would be to open the bar a bit later as it would be nice to come back after dinner and enjoy a drink on the terrace before bed

We loved our stay at Hotel Le Mouton Bleu. I originally chose the hotel as it seemed small, independently run and had beautiful interiors. My expectations were exceeded - each and every member of staff were a delight to talk to and very helpful. Justine was especially lovely and helped us find a last minute, local restaurant which was excellent! The surrounding area is very peaceful which was exactly what we wanted. The breakfast options were very good and they even catered for a gluten free diet! I would love to return to Le Mouton Bleu again in the future.

Great location overlooking the lake. But Talloires is a very quiet town. Annecy is the closest main town 15 minute drive away.

Lack of good restaurants. We were not given a lake view room despite the low season. No safe, coffee making facility or fridge in the room which was surprising

It sits next door to a hotel which plays intrusive loud music on Saturday and Sunday afternoons which spoils any chance of true relaxation during those times. This despite repeated requests from Le Mouton Bleu staff to reduce the volume.

The location is fantastic, rooms large with a great view, bed great, bathroom excellent. The breakfast was ample, varied and tasty. Pool perfect, service excellent

The hotel is in a lovely location with amazing lake views. The rooms are very big and most have balconies looking out over the pool and lake . The staff were friendly and helpful . The rooms were very clean and the pool and spa were well maintained too .

The shower in our room was let down by the fact it had a very unpleasant curtain which was disappointing as the rest of the bathroom was of a high specification . It would have been much nicer if a glass shower screen had been fitted . It was also a shame there was no fridge in the room to be able to keep drinks cool . Although parking was free in the village during our stay in low season, the hotel charged £10 per night for ‘secure’ parking but at no time through out our stay were the gates shut and locked so it was never secure. parking. Lots of people not staying at the hotel used the car park as a short cut back from the bar and beach.
