Food quality can be improved

Hotel met mooie tuinen en prachtig snorkelen voor de deur. Vriendelijk personeel, zeker de mannen in Sundflower en Moustafa met de heerlijke eitjes. Sheba de manager, wees wat liever voor ze en loop zelf wat harder. 😉 Goede hygiëne en nette kamer! Toch verbaasd waarom dit hotel zo goed scoort want er zijn echt nog wat mankementjes hier.

Vreselijke check in, niet vriendelijk en de mannen spreken slecht Engels. 4 restaurants maar eentje te boeken per verblijf helaas, lastig boeksysteem via qr code en allemaal vol bij aankomst (er zit s’avonds nauwelijks iemands🤷‍♀️) Uiteindelijk via de vriendelijke manager eentje geboekt maar hoezo moet hij eraan te pas komen? En waarom maar eentje? Staat ook niet in de beschrijving… Geen cocktails bij het strand, en de foodcourt bij het strand is echt meer een vreetschuur, geen variatie en veel ongezond. Eten in hotel zelf is van prima kwaliteit maar hier weinig keuze en weinig variatie.

Alles super gut,außer die Animation war nicht so gut.

Staff is very friendly. The hotel is clean and the aqua park is included in the stay.

The bed isn’t so comfortable specially the pillows. Food is good but could be better.

Infact, this is my 1st time to Jaz Saraya, but for sure it won’t be my last, the resort is exceptional, especially for the kind, friendly & polite staff they have. It is one of my best visited over expected hospitality staff manner u will ever experience. Really I was feeling home not a place for chilling only. Awesome quality, from the moment u enter the lobby for checking in till the moment u leave the same lobby for checking out. I really enjoyed my visit and hope to see all our beloved staff once again soon. Special place with a really special staff and can’t even mention the valuable quality of the other services the resort offers their guest. Thanx🙏🏼, awesome experience.

Staff are amazing and the food is tremendous - not fine-dining but just good fresh food with plenty of variety.

The pillows are shockingly uncomfortable

It was a fun family friendly hotel. Lovely pool, access daily to the water park. Lots of animation and activities to participate in if you choose. Good apartment with lovely balcony.

The food offer was good and reasonably varied but could have been better quality.

Hotel cleanness, friendly staff and best rate. The team is amazing and super helpful. Kirolos and Talaat have been super helpful and friendly along our stay since the first min in, and made sure our happy in finding the best rooms and everything we asked for was delivered in the best form. Omar at the pool was on top of his game in delivering our orders quickly and with cheerful attitude, Hamdy made our restaurant experience great. Everyone else was very nice and welcoming . Also, they are super friendly with kids by playing and watching out for them.

Great hotel and fantastic staff

We visit Jaz makadi Saraya for 5times always fantastic it’s our 2nd home.this time they made our name on the wall of fame. Thank you great Saraya team and we will be back

The staff were amazing with great attitude, and they are really well trained. I had a couple of extra requests that Mr. Talaat Mohamed from the Reception Desk was able to make them happen in an eye blink with a lovely smile on his face. Food was excellent with a lot of varieties. There are a lot of activities to do within the Hotel. The Animation team was very active and also decent.

Rooms need renovation especially the A/C unit as it was making a lot of noise.

Lovely spacious room with large balcony - felt airy and cool despite the heat. Good bathrooms. Very friendly staff throughout the property The free tickets to the waterpark were great - we used that every day

Food diversity was limited because it was impossible to book the 'a la carte' restaurant - despite trying every day, even at midnight! Hotel was nowhere near the beach - I hadn't realised that. It's a 15 minute walk and when you get there, you don't have "access". It's a large hotel in quite a small foot-print. Other Jaz hotels (like Lamaya in Marsa Alam) feel really open since they cover a large area but this felt a little claustrophobic.

When booking, there is a bit of confusion to know which resort you are booking since they use the same photos for all of them. My relatives and I ended up booking different resorts.
