Room was not cleaned properly, AC did now work, bathroom faucets and shower were faulty, rusty and leaking, couch was damaged, the room looked bad

The view, we had the room at 13' floore with an execent view to sea side and Mangalia Very close to the beach And for lunch, it was 50 lei all you can eat :))

The reception manager was not professionally dressed, no food variety, no drinks, no children clubs, no entertainment

The friendliness of the reception/parking/cleaning staff. The promptitude with which they responded to complaints/needs (e.g.: we had a broken fridge in one of the rooms which was changed with a working one - the replacement and the cleaning of it all done in about half an hour since we notified the issue at the reception). The location is nice. The room, overall, is decent. The facilities are well though (e.g.: a room, near the reception, in which the guests can leave their beach-related items). Access to the nearby pool (which was clean and nice - I don't recommend, at all, to buy any type of cocktail/milkshake - overpriced items prepared poorly, with ingredients kept in bad conditions).

The room's placement - we had them on the south side, close to the parking/pool - there's an industrial "fan" near the building which can be heard even with the balcony door kept closed (next time I'll be sure to ask for rooms on the sea-side or anywhere else where there's a bit more silence at night). The entrance door, to one of the rooms, had a really poor sealing which, during the last night, being a bit windy outside, it was almost impossible for us to sleep due to all whooshing sounds it made. The bathroom's plumbing is spilling out when taking a shower (there's water on the bathroom's floor almost always). - - these last couple of issues were communicated at the reception when checking out. The personnel in charge of breakfast and the breakfast experience overall - unprepared "minions" and the supervisor was cranky and lacked any type of professional/kind approach to the guests, and most of the time they had to be notified about missing/not working stuff (which made the supervisor crankier - LOL).

The location is nice, right next to the beach , proper size for the rooms, ac, polite and friendly staff, romanian tourists should remember that this hotel is in Romania not in Ibiza and for the paid price is decent,has everything you need , nice rooms , ac , access to pool, prices on the beach were decent
