Bathroom is so filthy

Good place and nicely located. Decent hotel structure. Nice combination of location and building.
Staff can be a bit more professional. Asking for some petty amount after setting the bill and following up in the taxi. The amount is not even 0.1% of the total spent

thé hôtel itself although looks grand, it’s actually quite old and crumbling. the interiors are dated and facilities limited.

Very well located, lovely and accommodating staff, comfortable bed
Amenities were not already provided. We had to ask. Staff was amazing and provided these immediately. Furnishing can use a bit of upgrade.

Always fancied staying in the hotel since childhood. Comfortable hotel with a great location. The staff were particularly good and great at customer service with a very homely atmosphere.
The toilets could be better and need a little uplift and the door should have better locks.

All staffs were really courteous and polite. AC works really well. Location close to embassy.
Room was small, the washroom door is glass with gaps on all sides, doesn't make a difference to have the door. Refrigerator is there but doesn't work. Food is overpriced. There are couple of auto guys standing at the rear gate, please do not entertain them. They would take you for a ride

Charges compared to the 5 star facilities available next door are exorbitant.
The bookings.com website still maintains they have a restaurant and bar however they have been closed since more than 2 years. That's cheating

The location is great. Room service was exceptional! Staff was friendly and courteous. Menu was limited, but was delicious.
Wish there was more options for breakfast. The facility can use a little bit of upgrade, specially the bathrooms. It was clean but could have been better if everything was working the way it was suppose to.
