The hotel was very nice and comfortable, I enjoyed my stay here and the fact that it was a newer hotel made a such a difference.

I can't say I didn't like anything my stay was just for a night.

What major brand hotel has only one shower chair for ADA rooms. Needed ADA room as I'm in wheelchair and room was barely big enough for me use. This room cost me 14.00 plus taxes. If I stayed at motel 6 I would have pay less than 90 for the room. Which it looks like I m8ght be soon

The hotel was new. The staff was helpful. They had security around the hotel so no problems with the homeless. The breakfast was delishous.

Staff experience was almost entirely terrible. I called the hotel ahead of time, as I wanted to extend our stay another night. I was told that I was unable to do so by way of staff and that I’d need to make an entirely new reservation and that a note would be placed in the reservation. I attempted to confirm this with another staff at the time of check in. Was told I was “all good”. Upon getting to my room, we noticed the toilet was broken. Called down to the front desk staff who asked me “what tools I had to fix it myself”, and did not offer any maintenance support or another room. We were required to fill the toilet tank ourselves every time I wanted to flush the toilet. On the second day of our stay, I was charged $300 because I was never informed by staff that I needed to check out and check back in to my same hotel room because “merging reservations doesn’t exist”. We were then denied access to our room and all our personals. A staff member also told me that she was provided an out of service number. It is my current and active phone number. We were also charged daily $200 deposits. We were finally moved rooms due to the toilet. The only redeeming staff member was the person who moved us rooms.

The bed was very comfy. The room was very clean.

I was on the ground floor and was awoken in the middle of the night by police lights across the parking lot imto my room.Also street lights. Terrible location for a room with no blackout curtains. I got very little sleep. Have stayed here before and loved it I don't recommend staying on a ground floor tho.
