the bath/shower and hot tub

it was pretty cold especially the hard floor.

Location was great for a family if you can handle stairs - lots of space for kids to run & play on the balcony, deck & two yards, walking distance or very short car ride to great park/splash pad/beach area, and short drives to zoo & museums. Nice view of bay from the balcony & amazing sunsets. Space: Nice large table to all sit together for meals or games. Great kitchen counter space & appliances (I love gas cook stoves & electric ovens). With 2 kitchen areas, lots of refrigerator & freezer space. The jacuzzi and spa bath tub were enjoyed a lot! Outside shower would have been great (wasn't working), but there was a hose we could use on that deck, so it wasn't a problem. Great to have enough bathrooms (1 ensuite in upstairs bedroom with walk-in shower, 1 in upstairs hall with tub/shower, 1 downstairs with spa bathtub & separate shower, and 1 downstairs with sink & toilet). Appreciated the NO SMOKING & NO ANIMALS rules - it meant we could feel at ease going on the grass & knowing there wouldn't be flees anywhere in the house. A few items could have more detailed instructions, since it took lots of time to figure them out ourselves.

We loved how the home came with almost everything we needed to make our stay comfortable

The view was amazing on a clear day. Location was great for our needs we have a lot of family there which made it very convenient. Everyone was really happy with the house overall. And they allowed us to check in early since we arrived early.

Wish there were more linen considering there's a hot tub but this is just my opinion. No tv in our bedroom

This was a very comfortable place to stay. The view was amazing. You could walk down to a little waterfront park and there was a great restaurant down on the water with a fabulous view of the Tacoma narrows bridge. The hot tub was well kept up and there were ample bathrooms (with bidet function). Lots of high-tech features such as remote-controlled drapes, door monitor downstairs, etc. Up to date appliances and ample cookware and supplies. Lots of spices, etc, in pantry. Tons of space to spread out. Very safe feeling neighborhood.

We could not figure out the tv downstairs (it said no internet) so if I had to nitpick perhaps a binder of instructions.

Perfect location! Host was awesome and quick in replying! Definitely will look forward to coming back and revisiting this home!

The whole set up is beautiful and I love the kitchen
