Die Lage ist perfekt für einen Aufenthalt in Lucca. In fünf Minuten erreicht man die Porta Elisa, in zehn den Bahnhof. Einen Parkplatz vor der Tür zu haben ist, wenn man mit dem Auto unterwegs ist, sehr komfortabel. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Struttura Pulita e molto carina! Si vede che è stata ristrutturata di recente e rifinita con gusto, la camera al PT con mattone a vista sia in camera che nel bagno in camera, aria condizionata molto efficiente e silenziosa, camera spaziosa e bagno molto bello.
Accoglienza online in quanto il check-in è online, ma devo dire molto precisi e dettagliati per tutte le info.
Posizione a 15 minuti a piedi dal centro di Lucca, noi eravamo lì per il LuccaSummerFestival e siamo andati a piedi dalla stazione ferroviaria in 10 minuti e tornati al centro di Lucca in 15 minuti.
Nelle vicinanze c’è un grande parcheggio spazioso nel caso si arrivi in auto.
Complimenti per il gusto in fattore di arredamento e spazi molto ben curati e in ordine
È stato un piacere poter soggiornare da Voi!

La struttura si trova in una posizione comoda per raggiungere il centro e nelle vicinanze c'è la possibilità di parcheggio in strada. Comodo il self check-in. La stanza è ampia, ben organizzata negli arredi e silenziosa visto che affaccia su un bel giardino di proprietà.
Il letto non è abbastanza confortevole per i nostri gusti e nella stanza sarebbe comodo avere un mini frigo. La doccia è sprovvista di piani di appoggio e presenta delle tracce di muffa.

Ottima posizione, stanza funzionale, era tutto in ordine . Ho potuto lasciare gratuitamente la macchina in un piazzale 100 metri prima della struttura, e poi da lì a piedi ho potuto raggiungere il centro comodamente a piedi . Ho trovato tutto in ordine, ritornerei di sicuro.

Un piacevole soggiorno nonostante il maltempo di questi giorni grigi di inizio maggio. Sono soddisfatto della camera, degli spazi aperti con giardino e degli arredi in legno antico.
Il cancello senza serratura che porta all'esterno della struttura sulla strada urbana e la scarsa illuminazione nelle ore notturne all'esterno della struttura.

The house was very attractive inside, antique style. My room was big with high ceilings and overlooked the garden . The bathroom totally modern and spotless.
I felt the description B&Big Lucca was misleading , it created the impression that it was a Bed&Breakfast . There was no staff on the property ( only a cleaner passing in the day) I was absolutely terrified as I felt that I was alone in big 5/6 bedroom house in a quiet area. I wouldn’t recommend it as I had lost my phone & there was absolutely no one to help in any way .

Appartamento poco pulito, letti con lenzuola scure non certamente invitanti. Non siamo riusciti a rimanere.. per i prezzi richiesti mi sarei aspettata una pulizia impeccabile. Avrei gradito almeno una proposta di rimborso, dato che siamo andati via non certamente per un capriccio..

The house, the room and the general decor was very nice. Clean and comfortable. Good location. Reasonably priced.
The lights and sockets were turned off over night and was very inconvenient as I wanted to charge my phone. Also one of the staff was a bit rude trying to get me to send him a picture of my passport when I was in my way to the b&b and was unable to send the picture as it was pouring with rain while walking there.

My first-floor room was a mix of old and new, which was fine, if a little dark (I couldn't open all the shutters, probably my lack of strength, and a good thing in summer). The ensuite was very nice, and the garden was lovely. The downstairs room had a few food items, plus microwave, fridge-freezer, etc. There is a Lidle supermarket nearby, and some bars, etc., so you can get your own breakfast. I found the address by turning right out of the station, and keeping along the main road until I came to Via dei Pubblici (with a bar on the corner). Turn right into that road, and veer to the right. Can't comment on staff, as I didn't see any during my stay, apart from a visiting maid each morning.
I had to wait outside for a long time, as I didn't realise I needed internet access in advance to get an entry code. Apparently, the owner, and also booking.com, had been trying to contact me while I was travelling. Eventually, I bought a text pack, and was then able to communicate with the owner. So it would be helpful if Booking.com could make clear this requirement on the location's entry page.

Amazing experience and very cool room. Hosts are super helpful. 5 min walk to the walls surround Lucca. Quiet, clean and comfortable.

The owner was very helpful. The rooms were clean and spacious. The beds were comfortable and the air conditioning was effective. It was a good 10 minute walk from the walls. The area was quiet and the large garden was enclosed which meant our dog could run about safely. All in all, my family(6 adults and a baby) loved it.
No complaints at all.
