I loved everything about this property. Its quant location, the thought put into its decoration and most of all the staff who have given the absolute best service I have ever recieved. They go beyond bounds to please. Really safe neighbourhood. The locals are so helpful. As a female solo traveller I felt perfectly safe walking alone at night and this meant the most to my independence.

There was absolutely not one thing that I could say I did not.like.

Es un hotel precioso, con un personal insuperable, los dos Nasim muy amables, atentos y simpáticos. Todo estaba muy limpio. El desayuno fue increíble, el último día nos teníamos que ir muy temprano y también nos lo pusieron. Está situado en una zona muy bonita, la medina y tranquila. Repetiríamos sin duda ya que, ha sido una experiencia más, increíble.

Staff were super friendly and the whole place was decorated beautifully. Lots of space on roof terrace and generally outside the rooms. Great breakfast.

Lack of outside windows on rooms but this is typical in the Medina

a tad challenging to fund. Perhaps a sign on the route to confirm it is just further up.

This Riad was just what we were hoping for. We chose the biggest room. It was clean and spacious enough for the two of us. Plenty of sun light. Comfortable bed. Nice rooftop seating. Great breakfast.

There was not 1 thing we didn’t like.

Je n'ai rien rien a redire sur la propreté et la gentillesse du personnel, heureusement...

Par contre le rapport qualité-prix n'est vraiment pas au rendez-vous et je ne comprends pas les commentaires dithyrambiques tant sur Booking que sur TripAdvisor. Je m'y suis fiée et j'ai eu tord. Je suis résidente au Maroc et les riads je connais bien. Celui là a des chambres très très exiguës, des escaliers super raides et des salles d'eau minuscules. Nous étions dans une suite qui n'avait de suite que le nom. Très petite chambre, douche où l'eau stagnait, abattant des toilettes cassé, extracteur vétuste et hyper bruyant, ampoule de la lampe de chevet grillée, porte en plein passage de l'accès au rooftop, peu ou pas de produits de courtoisie, petit déjeuner banal, fauteuils de la terrasse cassés, pas du tout d'isolation phonique, ... Je suis descendue dans des riads similaires ailleurs mais beaucoup moins chers et c'était par choix.

El alojamiento es muy bonito, la ubicación excelente.

La habitación pequeña, se escuchan demasiado los ruidos. Lo mejor es la terraza y no estaba preparada para usarla porque los días anteriores había llovido y hacía viento. Desayuno normalito. Decían que estaba roto el datáfono para pagar la tasa turística y la impresora para poder sacar las tarjetas de embarque. Está bien pero no repetiría.

Incredibly helpful and friendly staff. Fadil and other staff members made sure I was taken care off from getting a taxi, providing directions, making me tea, and answering questions. One of my fond memories of my time in Tangier was his invitation to join three staff members to break fast with them during Ramadan. The location was wonderful and the staff was superb and the breakfast was wonderful.

I found the beds a little hard, but given all of the wonderful things about Kasba Blanca, the bed situation was minor.

How polite and friendly everyone at the riad was. The riad is super charming, and the location is incredible. I need to say it again: the staff was amazing!

Just a minor thing — the bathroom had a moldy smell, which is normal in old buildings.

The location is in the middle of nowhere on hilly side… caused us trouble as we are with big heavy luggages even though the staff is kind enough to lead the way and carry some of the luggages for us

The breakfast is incredible and the staff are very welcoming! Great communication and available at reception 24 hours for anything you need. Th location can be a little tricky to find but is in a beautiful, safe, and quiet area despite being only minutes from many attractions.

The building is old and beautifully decorated, but as a result you’ll have to navigate some very steep steps and doors that aren’t the most secure.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Kasba Blanca in Tangier. The experience was largely positive, thanks to the extraordinary service offered by the hosts. Yassine, in particular, deserves special mention for his hospitality and friendliness. He ensured that my stay was comfortable and was always ready to assist. The breakfast served at the Kasba Blanca was a delightful experience. The menu was versatile and delicious, and the staff serving during the morning hours were exceptionally courteous and kind. It was the perfect start to my day, setting a positive tone for the rest of the day's adventures. The hotel also benefits from its proximity to several nice restaurants. This was a real bonus, providing a range of dining options within easy reach. Additionally, the price per night was surprisingly reasonable for the level of comfort and service provided, making it good value for money.

However, there were a few downsides to the location of Kasba Blanca. It's slightly far from the station which can be inconvenient for travelers relying on public transportation. Furthermore, I had an uncomfortable experience with the local taxi drivers who quarreled amongst each other, creating an atmosphere that felt unsafe. Also, the path from the medina to Kasba Blanca was often occupied by drunk individuals during the night, which was a little unsettling. Despite these minor inconveniences, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Kasba Blanca. The outstanding service, delicious breakfast, and reasonable pricing more than compensated for the location's drawbacks. However, a bit more attention to the surrounding environment could elevate the experience from good to excellent. I'd recommend this hotel for its strengths and hope to see improvements on the mentioned areas in the future.

Water viel weg tijdens douchen. Ik hoorde dat dit af en toe kan gebeuren in Tanger door water tekort. Ik kreeg een andere kamer en het probleem was opgelost.

The stay was perfect. The property is located in a quiet, peaceful and residential part of the medina. Although I arrived with many worries, luckily Zohuir, one of the guys who works at the Kasba Blanca, explained to me everything I needed to know. Indeed, at the end of his work time, he offered to accompany me to the center of the medina to make me feel safer. Furthermore, he called his contacts to let me rent a car at a really low price. I am very grateful for the professionalism of Zouhir and also that of Mohammed who, on the last day, accompanied me himself with the rented car, and then returned it. What to say? If you travel to Tangier, Kasba Blanca is the place for you.

El desayuno estaba muy bien y variado. La terraza de arriba es espectacular hay que aprovecharla. Los chicos de recepción tanto Zouhir com Janisse super atentos. El camarero de los desayunos tambien. En conclusión todo perfecto y muy recomendable para unos días en Tanger.

Faltan estantes o alguna silla para dejar las cosas.

Sehr freundliches Personal. Sehr bemüht und mit Rat und Tat an deiner Seite. Sehr leckeres und liebevolles Frühstück. Es gab zu jeder Zeit Tee und Wasser auf Kosten des Hauses. Schöne Terrasse besonders morgens zu Sonnenaufgang

Die Betten waren steinhart und der Wasserstrahl in der Dusche war leider mit sehr wenig Druck.

Camera essenziale ma confortevole. Posizione ottima dentro la Medina e bellissima terrazza dove si può far colazione.
