Having to pay extra $40 dollars per day for parking elevator was broken the entire stay

I checked in on Friday June 30. Did not stay at location on this night. Came back on Saturday and when we went into the room it had the most ugly water mold smell. This location has water leak everywhere. Went to the front desk. The people working here don’t care , they are rude. Anyway got into another room to find out refrigeration was not working etc. wasted half a day on this nonsense. Also the room was dirty . The location only has one pool. For too many people. The location is not kids friendly. My two boys came to visit me and I took them to the 7 floor to show them the pool. The staff took their snacks/apple from my boys. Yet other people had food from the outside. Their policy no outside food. Because they have a bar that serves food. Not kids friendly. The valet parking was more than what your site stated. Will not recommend this place at all . The location should have cameras for front desk employees. And on the phone they should listen to them so they can hear how they speak to customers. I only had one employee that talk to me nice . His name is Daniel

Even though our room was available, the front desk WILL NOT RELASE ANY ROONS UNTIL 4 PM, regardless if room is ready or not. What a shame.

Clean and spacious room, great location!

Parking is miserable. Valet only @ $40/day and always a lengthy wait for your car. Not a great experience for visitors either. No ramp for your luggage upon entry which was annoying, plus no bell boy. Elevators were slow and staff friendliness was mediocre.

It’s a great resort. They have great pool area with a hot tub if you like. Very clean and gorgeous view. Amazing coffee shop and beach a few steps away.

Great location and the rooftop pool and restaurant/ bar are amazing. The staff of the restaurant were also very friendly.

The parking is valet only and $40 per day. Booking information when reserving said free parking. The front desk staff is not very friendly. Asked for help with luggage from room to car when checking out and receptionist said there was no one available.

cafe on roof closing at 8 pm, no good groceries stores available near, Tito's market which inside of north building has a very small range of food products, jacuzzi on roof is small and busy all time ...

The lack of cleanses on the Roof Top and the maintenance . The shade of the bedroom didn’t close , I woke up with the light ,there was chicken bones around the hot tub of the roof top and more . I’m in the restaurant industry and I appreciate when people share problem .

Loved the location, the pool area, bsing close to the beach and the sunset view.

Perfect location

The studio was a great size the color and decoration was very welcoming the staff were very helpful keep us informed of all the activities for the day the view upstairs was amazing the pull and tiki bar was great.

Can't complain the weather was very bad so I couldn't enjoy the roof top but next time .
