Outside view from Balcony

Title: Disappointing Stay at Naturvillas Sarovar Portico, Manali I stayed at Naturvillas Sarovar Portico in Manali for two nights, and it was not a good experience. Here's what happened in simple words: Heater Trouble: The heater in the room didn't work for more than six hours. It turns out it was due to low power from the generator, which was quite disappointing, especially for a 4-star hotel. Communication Issues: When I tried to call room service and housekeeping for help, they never picked up the phone. This made it difficult to get things sorted out. Tasteless Food: The food didn't taste good. I ordered chicken biryani, and it was not only bloody but also not clean inside. This made me worry about the cleanliness of the kitchen. No Parking: There was no parking space available, which was inconvenient, especially for guests with cars. Slow Staff: The staff was slow in responding to requests. It took them four hours to clean the room, which is a long time. TV Issues: The TV setup box wasn't working, so I couldn't enjoy watching anything during my stay. Internet Problems: Additionally, the internet was not working, adding to the overall disappointment. In the end, staying at Naturvillas Sarovar Portico didn't meet my expectations for a 4-star hotel. I hope they can improve these things for future guests.

Few things cannot be rated .. Having said that 5star rating is way less for the hospitality received ... This place is perfect for any kind of travellers looking for locking beautiful memories ... Would highly recommend tasty food & welcoming people at completely new place ...

cosy rooms , responsive staff well trained, had a comfortable stay in this new property, it was a diffrent offbeat experience with luxury , i would say best for the bucks they asked!!!

Loved their professionalism , especially MR Faisal (HOD) over their was taking care of every little thing , felt like living in a luxury home , mustt recommenddd!!!

The location was easy to reach, really liked the view from balcony. Our Room was cozy and comfortable, experienced the privacy we needed. The staff was responsive and respectful. A must visit for couples!

Room height was a bit small but i find it really cosy for couples.

Ambience was great Peaceful place Staff was cooperative

Food options in the breakfast were limited and not up to the standards
