El area común tiene una cocina súper equipada que puede servir perfectamente para desayunar. La zona perfecta, a 5min andando del centro y con plazas en la calle gratuitas para aparcar, y el anfitrión muy agradable y disponible

A boutique style premises with three rooms sharing a well equipped kitchen. There is a lift available although situated on the first floor. All communal parts on entrance to the premises were exceptionally clean as a multi use building. Coffee both capsule and cafeteria were supplied. Shower/hand wash provided were of good quality. The owner contacted us by text prior to arrival to confirm expected arrival time and phoned back immediately after I texted we had arrived. he was just a minute away. He explained fully the system of entry, TV remotes, shutter control and where to dispose of keys on leaving. The old town of Bayonne is literally at the end of the road, within easy walking distance for most people. Highly recommend this accommodation.

Parking could be difficult but we found a space on the road directly outside the property. The owner had informed us if we could not park outside he did have one available a few metres away.

Beautifully decorated, ideal location as free parking and 5 minutes walk into the centre, River or gardens. We had a lovely Christmas 🎄 tree very much appreciated!!

The rooms are exceptional at Libertitu: sophisticated, spacious, elegant with tremendous attention to detail.

1) We arrived and there was no on-site person to greet us. We had texted our ETA but we were never told that we would need to make a telephone call in order to reach Stefane. Thank goodness we had WhatsApp because we don't have a SIM card that works in France but at least we have data plan. He arrived within a couple of minutes. 2) He showed us our room and the communal kitchen and quickly demonstrated how the TV clickers worked but left no written instructions. We were never able to use the TV because we couldn't remember the procedure. 3) There was a guest tea tray in our room with an electric kettle, 2 demitasse cups, 2 tea bags and 2 Nespresso capsules. Also a very small French coffee press and ground coffee. We used the 2 pods to make coffee in the kitchen in the morning. We used the 2 teabags for tea in the afternoon. We had prepaid for 2 people to stay 2 nights. When I texted to say I couldn't find additional pods I was directed to the Carrefour market down the street to replenish our supply. This is stingy and absurd! Why, as a traveler, would I want to purchase coffee pods to leave at a B&B or why would I want to carry them in my suitcase? (Further, since Nespresso pods are actually only available from the company I could only have purchased "fake" ones which can damage the machines or simply not work.) Clearly, I found this really irritating....and the other couple who was staying there at the same time expressed the same annoyance. A shame. Lovely quarters but an inhospitable attitude.

Nicely renovated room with beautiful Hungarian point parquet floor & tasteful finishings in a small apartment complex with shared kitchen for the 3 apartments, which is easy for keeping drinks cool or making a simple breakfast or meal. The location is ideal in a quiet residential neighborhood with just a few minutes walking to the city center. A supermarket is around the corner, the room has enough storage for a few days and has a private parking space about 50m away with a flat entry that also suits lower clearance cars. Stephane is a very friendly and accommodating host. Overall a solid basis to explore Bayonne and the Pays Basque from.

The only minor downside is that the bed (although decent) could have been a bit better, but that’s nitpicking.

Libertitu is located only 5 minutes from the beautiful center of Bayonne. The rooms are very clean and spacious. Stéphane was a wonderful host and had great recommendations for our stay.

A great location 5 minutes walk from the center. The room was first rate and our host Stephan great. A great nights sleep and very enjoyable time spent in Bayonne.

Not good value for money.

Short walk to the old town of Bayonne, the host was extremely friendly and welcoming, full of good advices about dinning and visiting Bayonne. The room is very beautiful, spacious and comfortable, with access to a kitchen which I didn't expect. We were 3 adults and had plenty of room.
