Breakfast was not included, we managed ourselves. There is an open space kitchen & living.
The lake view is superb and the location has access to the lake's beach.
The kitchen could be improved with a toaster.
Missing a flatiron.
The location could be a little problem being situated at the city limit, far from the shopping area.
Walking to any food supply facility it is a challenge, sidewalk missing.
Have to take supplementary precautionary measurements especially evening time.

The apartment is very nice and modern. The view from the terrace or pool is beautiful. (best view of the lake on the islands) The whole place is very quite (not many people) and in a very good location between Baveno and stresa. The whole area is a romantic place on earth.
The service regarding keys and so on was very friendly!
