Evin konumu iyiydi, odalar yeterli büyüklükte 2 oda 1 salon bir banyo ve çift tuvalet olması iyiydi. Mutfak eşyaları yeterliydi. Kendine ait otoparkı var, park problemi yaşamadık. Tarihi şehir merkezi Başçarşı'ya 5 dakikalık yürüme mesafesinde. Havalimanına 25 dakika uzaklıkta.

Ev genel olarak temiz değildi, yatak örtüsü ve yastık kılıflarında önceki misafirlerden kalan saç kılları vardı. Temizlik günlük 10-€uro ekstra ücret karşılığında, bir gün temizlik istedik onu da organize olamadılar. Ev sahibi ile iletişim kurmak oldukça zordu. Aramalarımıza veya whatsapp mesajlarımıza 5-6 saat sonra cevap geldi. Acil bir durum olursa ev sahibinden yardım almayı unutun. Kaldığımız evde balkon yoktu.

The welcoming introduction and the location of the apartment.

Poor security and poor communication from the staff. When we woke up on our first night stay at the apartment, the front door was open. We soon realised that the lock wasnt working. This made it extra concerning given the maib ntrance of the apartment building is not monitored by any security. The staff is not always here and unfortunately prioritised efficiency than customer service. When I mentioned I needed some help wirh finding solutions for storing luggage after check out, i didnt get any response until the day of the check out, which made me miss my morning tours.

The property was spacious and modern. It was very close to old town so great when walking with kids. The host Eldan who meet us to show us around the apartment was super friendly.

The property was really dirty! I was shocked to find old water bottles under the sofa when trying to make up the spare bed and lots of dust under the beds. The apartment seemed to not have been vacuumed or mopped before we arrived. The dishes from the previous stay were still out drying when we had arrived. The bathrooms, especially the toilets weren’t cleaned and the boiler was leaking and worst of all was the smell of smoke in the apartment that was really suffocating if your not a smoker yourself. The apartment seems to just need a good clean.

The host helpful and he was following us until we arrived to the location . Quick response to any questions. The apartment was modern and it was the same pictures in the booking

Parking needs to be organized and each apartment should be has a private parking

Amazing view over old town. Large apartment with cooking facilities. Separate bedroom. We’re quite a few stairs just be aware if this is problem for you. Was a bit hard to find on google maps due to narrow one way streets in area. Easy walk to old town.

Perfect location, very close to the old town. very friendly and helpful staff.
