Worst place I have ever stayed! The guy working there is very rude

It was very clean cozy and the staff was very nice everything was ready by the time we checked in

Clean room. Friendly staff. Worth the money

I was running the water in my sink when someone came knocking at my door, and the phone rang at the same time. There was a leak into the room below me, and apparently a significant one. I was told to turn off my water immediately, and I ended up leaving without taking a shower. When I went and spoke to the person at the front desk, he told me I could take a shower since it was the sink only that was flooding (how would I know they had separate drains underneath). I was already packed, dressed, and on my way! They did not offer me any concession for my next visit, a partial refund, or anything. I'll not go there again; it did not appear to be in the best neighborhood anyway, although I did not feel unsafe.

Quiet, calm, not a lot of traffic in and out.

Location is definitely on the rough side of the strip. Location is family owned, owners were in pajamas. Demanded $100 damage deposit in cash, although I didn't have cash. Not very welcoming, told me she didn't have any clean rooms at check in, but after I insisted she all of a sudden had a clean room. Didn't feel like I was on vacation, just a place to sleep and shower.

Room was large, clean, newly painted and quiet. Check in was easy, and staff easy to deal with. New McDonald's just around the corner and several other restaurants in the area.

Bed was a little hard, but overall very happy for the price.
