The location was good. The paid veg.breakfast was good from the restaurant.

The reception was crowded and it looked like a typical old lodge reception.We we’re asked to pay additional ₹740 as service charge apart from the shown amount in your site.

the list is long.. 1. no one to help us with the luggage. not even to carry from car to the reception. the person just said no we can't help. 2. rooms are small. 3. no room service from restaurant located below 4. very busy lift 5. car parking is horrible.. they have installed elevated parking and my car was going up and. down and every time i have to wait. they etter calling me middle of night at 11.30pm literally to ask me if its my car 6. the main light switch in the room was broken and light was not turning off. had to call the guys to fix it 7. i paid 3500 for this which is not value for money

Very clean, very quiet, the restaurant downstairs is apparently some of the best veg in Trivandrum, the staff were super nice. I did really like the room: great view of the downtown.

This hotel doesn't accept international credit cards and required us to pay in cash, which was not expected. The location is a bit traffic-congested. I get the vibe they don't have a lot of foreigners as guests. I would stay here again, though. Comfortable and quiet are unusual luxuries in India.

- Ants in the bathroom and bedroom - Shower floor was wet when I arrived, like it had been used and not cleaned - Hairs on the bathroom floor and a hair scrunchie from the previous guest was left in the bathroom - Surfaces in the room had clearly not been wiped down (tables were sticky in places) - Restaurant staff were quite rude

Merely waste of money. No room service first time in my travel experience I face a hotel with out room service. Even for small favour we should beg. Utterly bad I will explain the same to my travel friends and community

Perfect location with spacious rooms.. rooms were clean. Bathroom was neat and tidy. Bed was very comfortable and the linen they used were washed and pressed cleanly. They don't have compliment breakfast though their breakfast is delicious...

Rooms were very clean and cozy. We reached the hotel very late in the night, but the hotel authority had made sure we get the right rooms we had booked and kept them reserved for us. We were a family of 35 people and all of us liked the rooms and the stay here. Hotel authorities were polite and helpful.
