The property is located close to the city centre (about 25mins by taxi) and is tucked into a quiet estate. I loved the apartment. Everything we needed was available, clean and tidy. There is an Aldi about 10mins walk from the house where you can buy groceries, and a shopping mall about 8mins drive away. There's cookware in the house. It is really spacious and the facilities all work very well. We didn't need to contact the host for anything.
Nothing at all. My friends and I enjoyed being here and if we had to visit Edinburgh again, this will be our choice apartment.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this accommodation! The comfort and spaciousness exceeded our expectations. Every essential amenity was provided, making it feel like a home away from home. Whether you have a car or not, the location is great, ensuring convenience for all types of travelers. I highly recommend this place for a fantastic and comfortable stay.

Beautiful apartment in a good quiet location
We could not get the electric wheelchair up the 2 steps at the main door. Had to transfer Dad into a manual chair in the street and bump it in and out.

A modern, stylishly renovated apartment located in a quiet area. Edinburgh city center is easily reachable, parking is available and free. We found the apartment clean and equipped with everything you need even for a bit of a longer stay.

Great flat, very comfortable was spotless. Only an easy 5 minutes walk from bus stop with frequent buses into central Edinburgh (16 minutes on bus). Would happily stay again.

Couldn't find instructions for appliances. Eventually found them under chopping board in drawer. Some areas a little grubby namely extractor fan, bin, behind sofa. These were minor niggles.

This was the best place we have stayed ever! It was so clean and modern. The beds were the most comfortable.

So cosy and welcoming. Bus stop into city across the road and return stop is at the door. Very quiet area so no disturbed sleep. Grandsons were impressed with squirrels and magpies in the garden - we don’t have them in our area.

The place is very clean and give a very great impression. The facilities is almost everything that you could ask for. The private parking is a plus. It also close to bus stop if you want to take bus to the city.

Well thought out space, with good supply of essentials. Comfortable beds, and parking a definite bonus.
Cleanliness was a little hit and miss - kettle found hidden in a kitchen cupboard covered in grease and grime. Some of the crockery etc was similar. Probably from previous guests, and it’s hard for cleaners to check everything that appears to be put away clean in a cupboard when they are on a tight turnaround.

Great location for the city centre and University. Apartment was easy to find and the facilities were good. Also close to 2 supermarkets. The off road parking was a bonus.

Both door locks need lubricating as keys very difficult to use. Basic kitchen necessities were missing, such as kitchen roll, bin bags, cling film, only 1 dishwasher tablet etc etc.
