The house is beautiful, the room is comfortable and clean. The garden is also excellent. Great breakfast, and great hospitality from Fabio, who's really knowledgeable about the area, and very fluent in English. The nearest beach is within a five minute walk

Car rental is recommended as it takes time to move with local busses and get to the train station to head to Bari and other locations. Apartments are located at a main road which is compensated by a 5 minutes distance to the sea though. :)

Everything was great, we had a few days before flying back home so it was a perfect place for us to relax. Sea is near, calm surroundings, nice restaurant close by, Bari center is 20 m by train. Owner is very friendly and helpful. We loved it!

I'd just add that if you're flying back early in the morning, make sure the taxi knows where to find you and you have the number of the driver because we had kind of stressful way back, the driver didn't find the villa for some reason and just left without calling us so we had to find another car urgently (even though the airport is close by, without car its far :)

The apartment is very nice and clean.The garden is beautiful.The neighborhood is quiet. We could kill for the vanilla croissant that we got fresh from the bakery every morning...it was divine. Beach 10 min. Supermarket 15 min. Centrum/Port/Station around 20 min. Restaurant 15 min. walk. Bari Cenrale 1 stop by train. So we highly recommended!

Fabio was a lovely host! He (and his brother who checked us in) was caring and suggested great things to see around Bari. The best thing for sure was the breakfast he prepares every morning. The room is modern and clean and has everything you need. From the Villa the train station is not very far, where you can catch the train to great cities near Bari (we loved the train btw). You also find small supermarkets nearby and restaurants as well as the city center is reachable in walking distance. All in all we had a pleasant stay and would definitely recommend Villa Saracino!

Breakfast!

Very modern and tastefully decorated room with a wonderful veranda to enjoy breakfast on. Fabio is such a friendly host; wish we could have stayed longer. The property is conveniently located a few minutes drive from the airport and a perfect overnight layover before a morning flight. A sweet or savoury breakfast can be had; just ask the owner before hand.

We may have missed it on Google maps but there didn’t seem to be any restaurant nearby.

Great place, wonderful hosts, lovely garden to chill out, nice breakfast outdoors, clean & modern interior, on premises parking and at a prime location to explore Puglia's many wonders, including the walkable Santo Spirito itself which is just the sort of off-the-beaten track seaside village you need when wanting to take a bit of a break from all the tourist traps you'll encounter elsewhere. Warmly recommended!

Property is new and very clean.

Misleading information in property description: (1) size of room: instead of 25 m declared in the description, the room itself is approximately 10 m, (2) before my stay, I expressly asked the owner about the beaches around, if they were open - I was assured that I was lucky and that there were several beaches nearby... well, they all were closed - that means not just temporarily closed, but definitely closed (so my stay in this places was absolute waste of time - there is no access to the sea); (3) Breakfast: coffee, juice, cake and sweet filled croissant. Nothing else - what weren't perhaps sugary, no piece of fruits (in the property description, there was breakfast described as "continental or english".. no comment). I asked for a tip for a good restaurant - got this: "just walk by the sea and there are many restaurants" (no comment). I didn't get a good sleep for 2 nights as there were some discos or what nearby, very loud till later than 1 am. I left one day earlier and moved to the airport hotel to get a real 25m-room and quiet for sleep. The owner asked me to pay fee he was charged by booking.com for my last (not used) night in his property - I was so glad I was leaving that I was speechless to tell him he should give me my money back as he destroyed 2 days of my 3-days vacation by providing absolutely untrue information. I really don't understand positive feedbacks. I just want to inform other people considering this accomodation on what one gets.

We were looking for a an apartment close to the airport and it was a great fit for us. We had a private entrance, a kitchinet available, free parking space and the owner gave us nice suggestions about the area.

Close to the airport and Bari. if you rent a car, you can reach all the important and nice location in Puglia easily. The host is very friendly and helpful. Very good breakfast in a nice garden.

No real cupboard in the smaller 2 persons room and only one cupboard in the bigger room. not a big problem, but if you stay longer period with more clothes , it would not be comfortable live from your bag. however if you go to a hotel room , you will be facing similar problem. we always miss the places where we can pack our clothes.

We had a really nice stay at Vila Saracino. The owners were really friendly and willing to help, they did their best to make us feel welcome. Everything was new and spotless clean, with a beautiful, stylish design. They served breakfast in a beautiful garden, the perfect way to start a new day. The property is within walking distance from the seaside, from really nice restaurants that serve fresh seafood and it’s close to means of transport. Would definitely stay here again.
