great location good size and comfortable for the whole family

nothing horrible but the elevators where slow and hard to get sometimes

it was big enough for my family and I.

the couches were uncomfortable, dirty napkin in between the couch when we arrived, no laundry soap and the parking garage.

cook stove didnt work, first day tubs were draining real slow

the parking rates were crazy. the condo was nice.

the washing machine/dryer in the unit was not working. they don’t provide extra towels. the coffee machine had green slime in the water tank that we had to clean before using.

Great view and comfortable space.

Overpriced penalty fees and elevators not working. They charge $100 for not returning the luggage cart promptly and elevators would break down. I believe there were people who got stuck in one of the elevators during our stay. Would recommend to be more clear on instructions with luggage cart return as it was not stated clearly in check-in/out instructions. Room itself was great.
