The location - brilliant! Views - phenomenal! Breakfast - great selection of hot and cold options. Overall lovely and clean. Helpful staff. Within walking distance of the beach. Spectacular views of mount Tiede and the sea from the hotel restaurant and rooms. Nice sized room with black out curtains. Easy to get to and reception helpfully ordered us a taxi to the airport.

Sound proofing - could hear outside noise (live music etc) and thin walls inside as well. Worth noting: you have to pay per day to use the safe. You have to pay a deposit at reception to use the iron (it is refunded though).

We went half board and found the food to be really nice and a huge choice. Beds really comfortable. Flyn and Flanagan irish bar reasonably priced and clare the compare is lovely. Had a problem with the first apt we went in but they moved us straight away to a larger studio. Apt was clean but could do with updating.

No air con in the rooms and the fan that was in there wasn't brilliant so it was red hot and made for a broken night's sleep.

Great location

Delicious breakfast and dinner, several options. The staff were very friendly, reception always helpful. Parking available on the property for an additional fee. Very nice view on Teide. The location is nice, many shops and restaurants nearby, good beaches.

It was very hot in the room as there was no proper air conditioner and our room was on the sunny side. The rooms are a bit outdated, need renovation.

The variety of offered breakfast and dinner was just incredible. Each night there was either program or grill or others. The personal of the hotel were very helpful and pleasant eventhough some of them spoke only Spanish. The location was very nice as well.

The room was quite small, but sufficient for us, but it didnt have an air conditioning and that was problematic already in the beginning of June.

Better view from our ground floor balcony sun beds stacked so high could,nt seee anything ,and other guests so close to balcony no privacy.

Very friendly staff, feel like at home!!!! Very good food. All the drinks in All Inclusive from well-known manufacturers. Thanks a lot to Mary (animation) Carlos, Maria and all all staff. It’s was very crazy vacation. We will come back soon!!!!

The room was clean and Facilities were very good the beds were really comfortable the hotel was close to all the amenities we needed.Breakfast and evening meal were buffet style plenty of choices for everyone .

The swimming pool was filthy and far too small for the size of the hotel.

A great and lovely personnel, who were always ready to help us. Delicious food and great location, because shop, restaurants and beaches are within 1-5 minutes walk.

The Wi-Fi does not work properly, but if you travel with family, you should not take care about internet so much, right. :-) But it could be quite unpleasant for someone who travels because of business and needs a good internet connection.

The staff was nice. The hotel was clean all the time.

Breakfast is avarage, nothing special, the same all day. Dinner is avarage too, very simple. Our room opened to the front street with discos and very loud all night. The apartment was little and some problems with lamps.

Location great, meals repetitive but could always find something. Rooms a good size.

was able to enter the accomodation before 2 pm , arrived earlier ,, pottered about for 1 hr in the resort then came back at 1.30pm

probably .. i expected a superior booking with a seperate bedroom . I encountered a alcoved area with 2 single beds jammed ino a corner , No air conditioning ,,, a clumpy oversized fan with no real room to maneouvre , 2 points of electricty overall within the apartment ,,, bit awkward as you can imagine , room small stuffed with outdated furniture , dilapidated fridge which i eventually had replaced after a few discussions with the invisble room service , had one change of towels and sheets over the week ,, maybe i overslept a few mornings ,,because i was on holiday .. decided to miss me out on other days , had 3 days of bin rubbish before i left , Food was ok but uninspired and not something to look forward to on an evening ,, repetative .. mostly chops and chops and pizza , charged for a drink of water because i was only half board , i was encourged to choose Santa Hovima maria because i had family staying in the beach front hovima property for families no comparison believe me with only one star difference . However i felt secure as a solo traveller .. dont be fooled with the superior studio apartment logo ,,, you will be 6/7 story up with a side view .. no sun penetration till before sundown at 6.30pm in October . you need to register for wi fi at reception and it has a time value .. you also need to say how many appliances you are using .
