Buona la posizione, circondata dalla campagna ed a pochi km. dal centro di Siena. Cucina ampia e spaziosa, dotata di tutti gli accessori per il "fai da te".

Non c'è la colazione pessimo!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

TUTTO. Il prezzo altissimo, i letti scomodi, il cuscino del cinese a 5 euro non vale i soldi spesi. Lontano dalla città non è vero 3 km sono almeno 5 km. LA COLAZIONE IN UN BED AND BREAKFAST È OBBLIGATORIA, POI A 66 EURO A NOTTE SOPRATTUTTO ME LA DOVRESTE DARE ALMENO. 200 EURO PER 3 GIORNI È TROPPO E SONO PURE UNO STUDENTE IO NON SONO RICCO. SIETE DA DENUNCIA

Lo staff è stato disponibilissimo e la camera pulitissima. Siamo venuti in moto io e il mio amico e il parcheggio messo a disposizione dalla struttura è molto tranquillo. Aggiungo un piccolo suggerimento per la camera in modo da perfezionarla, se possibile valuterei l'aggiunta di un piccolo tavolino/scrivania su cui appoggiare eventuali valigie/borse. Comunque ci tengo a precisare che la stanza era veramente ottima e aveva a disposizione anche un piccolo asciugacapelli. Quando tornerò a Siena valuterò sicuramente la possibilità di soggiornare nuovamente presso questa struttura.

Bus stop at doorstep, 8mins to Siena old town, or 25mins on foot. Spacious shared kitchen has all the essentials. Friendly staff helped with purchasing multiple bus tickets on our arrival. Quick response with info when asked.

Bathroom has no hock nor handrail. Only a heat rack, giving very little space for hanging 6 towels (for couples). No laundry line nor rack for drying clothes or towels. No bedside tables nor a small desk to go with 2 small wooden chairs which were provided. A wooden board (14x40cm) on each side of bed only big enough to put a phone or a bottle. Mattress too soft when one makes a turn the whole bed shakes like a boat. In evenings when full house, WiFi drops out as our room is upstairs, a bit far from the modem in the kitchen. Other guests have no such problem. We spent most of evenings in the kitchen for a stable WiFi connection to book bus train tickets and searching tourist info for next day's activities. We were creative enough to utilise the bottom of the wardrobe as "table" for small grocery, use the stick for hangers as clothes drying facility (drain out the water with towels first!) Everything else we had to leave them on the floor. It's not convenient and not comfortable for a 7 nights stay.

Nous sommes venus pour le Palio de Sienne. L'hôte était disponible et attentionnée et la chambre était très propre (avec une grande douche). Nous avons pu nous garer sur place dés le matin même ce qui a grandement facilité notre organisation. Ce n'est pas très loin de Sienne et directe en bus.

Pour rentrer à pied le soir de Sienne, il faut marcher le long d'une route dangereuse et mal éclairée.

Mooie locatie met prachtig uitzicht, kamer was hygiënisch en van alle gemakken voorzien. Goede keuken erbij om voor jezelf wat klaar te maken.

Voor lichte slapers is de weg ernaast niet fijn, zelf alleen in de ochtend last van gehad. Maar valt in het niets met de voordelen van de locatie ten opzichte van de afstand tot Siena.

Laura and her husband were absolutely fantastic! Very helpful and patient. The communication was fast and getting into the room was very easy. The place was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen was big and very well equipped. There was delicious coffee and even herbal tea available - which was a fantastic surprise :) I truly enjoyed every minute of my stay!

Only the tranportation with taxi to the train station was didficult and getting to know the buses was a bit of a challange in the begining Later it was ok

Such a great place !! I highly recommand it!
