Gutes Zimmer mit Bad, günstiger Preis für diesen Hotel-Standard! Es gibt wohl eine Küche, die habe ich aber nicht genutzt. Mir wurde nachts ein Hotel zum Flughafen gerufen. WiFi funktioniert.
Personal ziemlich verhalten, nicht herzlich. Weit zu Fuß bis ins Zentrum. Zimmer sehr schlicht, ohne Deko.

Hice mi reservación y cuando llegué me dijeron q nadie los había notificado y q no tenían espacio, q el administrador nunca les avisa a los de recepción si tienen o no reservas y tiene q pedir a la gente q se vaya porque no tienen espacio

muy bonito, los cuartos individuales amplios, las toallas muy limpias, el aroma a limpio sobresale desde el ingreso a las habitaciones, tiene un televisor 3D con tv cable.
el frigobar vacío, no me dejaron el control del aire acondicionado, aunque no lo necesité, pero es un poco incomodo tener que ir a pedirlo tarde en la noche, falta una silla, para sentarse a organizar algunos papeles para salir a trabajar al día siguiente (mi viaje fue laboral)

noise pollution and dirty place. sheets not clean. tons of bugs and insects. got infected. staff refused to do the check in arguing the paiment didnt go through. ended paying twice and refuse to refund. dangerous neighborhood and got ripped in the street when the staff asked us to go to the bank to get some cash. pretty sure the staff is sharing customer and foreigners information with people in the street.

Clean and nice hotel! It was comfortable. I arrived around 7.30 am in the morning and was able to check in around 11 am, when they had a room free, which was pleasant. Also the staff helped me to get to the city the easiest with the bus. And I could save some food on their fridge which was pleasant. Definitely recommend this hotel if you want some time to relax
The room with a fan is a bit warm, especially when you want to sleep. But in december manageable. Also it is a bit far from the city (30 min walking)

The staff let me hold my luggage until my friend came later to pick it up- in storage. That was great. It's a safe place. Not too far from the center of the city. There's a market about 2-3 blocks away from the hotel.
I sent the hotel messages that I was going to check in late (like 5am), I never got a response. I also sent them messages on whatsapp and didn't get a response. So when I arrived at 5am, had to knock on the door for about 4-5 minutes until someone came.
The hotel is next to educational centers, so you will hear schoolchildren playing. I had to work on my laptop so it was a little distracting.

It is new and clean. For what they have, the price was good.
It’s nice but some things are …. off. Nice bed without blanket. Santa Cruz can get surprisingly cold so I asked for one and was given one but it was so thin that I end up sleeping with full clothes on. If it’s a hot day, the room comes with fan, but no window comes with screen door so you can’t actually open it without inviting bunch of mosquitoes. It has hot water but so hard to adjust (the maid didn’t even know which way to turn the hot water), no bath mat and the floor is ceramic so whole room get wet and dirty, the door nob broke down in 5 minutes. They fixed it quickly but seemingly it happens all the time. The manager told me that they have three parking spot on site, but he wasn’t eager to reserve one for me even though the day I stayed was Sunday night and the hotel was quite empty. For the Booking customers they charge 13% tax even though I told him that I didn’t need an oficial receipt. No Bolivian hostel charges that, but he insisted saying that not charging it will be “delincuente” in Bolivia. Half true, it’s the law that most people don’t follow. Funny thing is that they don’t have the system to give me the receipt at the site. As I insisted they finally made it the following morning before the check out time. This place can be much better, but by the time they make it all right, they will surely raise the prices.

It was good value for money, hot shower and seems pretty modern.
The location was OK, we knew it wasn't centrally located but there wasn't much around for eating or drinking.

The hotel is clean and the staff is very nice.
It was a nice stay if you travel for work, and you dont need to have a pool or a gym.
The location, but If you get an Uber or a taxi, everything is close.

Nice room, comfy bed. And they actually DO have Wi-Fi!
Hot water in the shower stops after two minutes and turns cold. Happened to me twice.
The optional bfast has been canceled, how about changing the publication on booking.com accordingly?
