I liked everything about this hotel. Perfect location - close to everything, central, but quiet. Beatiful modern hotel in a historical building, with a garden. Sparkling clean, stylish, with comfortable beds and helfpul, courteous and pleasant staff. I had a small problem with the wi-fi in my room; the reception staff went above and beyond to help me resolve the issue. Very nice breakfast, as well. I had the most enjoyable stay at the Herbal Hotel.

The hotel is located in the city center in an old monastery building. Near a park and several restaurants. Modern design and cozy room. Pillows and mattress are one of the comfortable. The room smells good. The staff is responsive and always goes to a friendly. Only did not have time to get to the wine bar in the basement of the hotel.

It's not that I didn't like it, but the restaurant is a little underperforming. but the food is good, the main items are on the menu

It was very cold in the room and took time to make it warm.

Nice hotel close to city centre. Nice room, comfortable bed. Good varied breakfast which was still refilled.

Room for breakfast is small so if you catch the time when lot of people are inside you have to wait. But for us wasn't problem to wait a while. For someone can be discomfortable cold floor in the bathroom.

The most I liked the style of my room combined with its functionality. The bed was comfortable, staff very polite and helpful. Overall the hotel was calm and quiet during my stay there. Location of the hotel is very close to many sightseing areas in the city center where you can just walk. There are also plenty of food / drink options close to the hotel, or the winery inside. The hotel has no parking but the staff recommended to me a public underground parking option nearby.

Beautiful hotel, tastefully done. Rooms were spotlessly clean. Bathroom was amazing. Great value and great location. Staff were so accommodating.

No parking, you need to walk, is far a way.

Convenient location (5-10 minutes walk from the bus airport station) and very helpful staff. Spacious, clean and comfortable bed and room. The room which we got initially had some problems with the heating, but they helped us very quickly (in the middle of the night when we notified them about the issue) by giving us an upgraded room for the whole period. The old building has an impressive renovation and modern design. The winery from the basement it's a big plus. It's not crowded, they have a good variety of wines and the staff is great.

The breakfast room is quite small for the big number of guests and it was always crowded.

It was a great location, nearby to anything we needed (like restaurants, shops, old market). The hotel is beautiful, and elegant, but not overwhelming. The room was just perfect for me and my daughter. Very comfortable bed, spacious bathroom with a lovely bench (I could have it in my bathroom:)) The staff was helpful and I would be back here again if there's gonna be a possibility.

Tiny things, don't change my general feeling about the place: - there is no restaurant (just a winery open afternoon) so - small fridge in the room would be a game changer.

SO beautifully renovated and very convenient to Wrocław town! The rooms are perfect and elegant. We visited for Christmas Markets and there is a large parking house nearby. We enjoyed drinks in the wine cellar and there are great restaurants on nearby streets as well. I can’t wait to visit again!

Stunning historical building, beautifully restored and renovated, luxury furnishings, light and airy with tall ceilings. Epic bathrooms!

Room itself was a little cramped, too much furniture for the layout.
