I would like to express my gratitude to Jack and Natalie Tonelli. Brother and Sister who running the apartment building connected to the "mother-Hotel" Crystal Palace across the street absolutely professional, friendly and customer orientated. You can use the facilities and the great breakfast of the Hotel. Perfect location with short wakling distance to the beach. Brand new, modern style, perfectly equiped with biking rental included. I can highly recommend it to everbody and will personally come back again. Shopping Center just 200 meters from the building with shops and restaurant incl a big Coop supermarket. Highlights besides the great service, location and comfortable gib rooms are of course the 2 roof top terraces. Both with swimming pool high quality equiped sun beds, chairs and furniture. As well to mention is the professional service and high quality of the drinks and food. Special thanks to Roberto and Michel Angelo in the evenings during relaxing cool live music sessions at the bar and during the day to Zana. I can't think about anything to be honest.

Rooms are big and modern with balcony - pool is very nice - plenty of bike and paddle board storage in the basement

Kitchen is woefully under stocked - 3 glasses no bottle opener - just a few pans - made cooking very difficult

Great location very close to the lake, shopping mall and restaurants. New beautiful building with a lot of service included like for instance free bicycles snd fruit in the appartement. Great hosts!

Everything!

Very nice clean appartment. Location was great, close to the shopping mall, 5 mins to the beach, quite location, not at the main street. The staff was very helpful and nice, it was also possible to do later check in. Nice pool on the the top of the roof. All room has AC, big comfortable bed, balcony, separated bathrooms. Kitchen was well equiped. 15 mins by walk to the city center. Its an appartment so its not cleaned by the staff. You can rent a bike for free :). Wifi was working well.

The AC temperature was not able to control in each room, also the bigger light in the room somehow didnt work, but we used lamps. We couldnt close the door from the shower fully, but it didnt bother us too much. But overall great stay, just small things to fix.

New apartment, very spacious with two balconies. Parking underground. One block from a big supermarket. Very high quality silverware. Staff super helpful and friendly.

We stayed too little

Exquisite and super care-taking personnel, great location (close to water, but not on the main course or road), car garage available, very roomy and comfy apartment. Bikes available free of charge.

The apartment was modern, clean and big. Located in a very convenient location, short walk to the lake, shops and the center. There was two couples staying in a two bedroom apartment, each bedroom had a separate bathroom. The bedrooms were large and very private. Service was great! They were very accommodating and very nice. It was a pleasure to deal with the young people that looked after us, very polite and helpful. it was 10/10 stay for us. We will definitely come back!

The room was spacious, the kitchen had all the basic equipment we needed. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The garages were nice and clean. We had two balconies with a nice view. We also received a bowl of fruits upon arrival and a bottle of prosecco, it was very nice. I will definitely stay here again.

Close to the beach, center and shop. Very clean. The advantage was a large balcony and a strip on the roof. Very nice service.

Brilliant location, very close to Lake front where there are some beautiful beaches and close to Riva del garda centre.

Not many utensils for a self-catering apartments and we didn't have a brush or mop and floors got dirty very quickly.

Nice rooms, generous welcoming, nice facilitets

ARIS apartments are m modern, clean and comfortable in a perfect location in Riva del Garda. The design of the apartment was beautiful and extremely comfortable for our group of 5 people. The roof terrace was lovely with a pool and great views. Most importantly, however was how good the service was! We were treated extremely well with so much attention to detail that made the stay so special. We were provided with bikes and were able to explore the area, as well as given lots of expertise on where to go, eat or activities to do that have us such a memorable experience. We’ll definitely be returning next time we’re in the region!
