The place was beautiful, the view was great. Peaceful and quiet and safe. Clean except the odour. Wish they can open windows and door for fresh air b4 once arrival. And please fix the sliding door cos all the reviews complains abt that, me included
The room had an odour of stuffiness and airfreshner is not provided . A toilet spray for the inside seat of the toilet like domestos needs to be provided to keep the toilet clean and fresh through the stay and a cloth to wipe basin. But overall the best.

It is next to point beach which is beautiful and not crowded. The view was great. Security is ten out of ten. I also received a delicious pack of rusks from the owner.
Air conditioning remote was broken and they failed to fix it through out my stay.I found some papers underneath the bed and dirty tissues. There were ants in the kitchen. I was using room 302, of which I believe not all rooms are like this. We were only told on the day of arrival that the room will not be cleaned.

Excellent location, surrounded by a variety of beautiful areas, dining places, places of interest. We are keen walkers and there is no end to the pleasant walks in the area. The owner of the property, Martin, was amazing, there to greet us, providing us with all the information we needed, assisting the couple of times we needed help.

We had a most pleasant, restful, relaxing stay. The accommodation is just right, well appointed and exceptionally clean. We had everything we needed - appliances, tea, coffee, sugar, milk, soap, etc. There is a TV with HDMI access as well as full Wifi and connection to entertainment apps. The balcony and view were simply soul soothing. We loved watching the ships come in and the fish down in the canal. We loved watching the people come and go on the pavilion walkway, swimming, surfing, etc. It was so close to all sorts of amenities, restaurants, activities, etc. Martin, the host, is wonderful. He was so helpful in keeping us informed and comfortable. Deliveries of groceries for self-catering was so easy. We felt safe and comfortable. We definitely hope to visit again!
There is very little to complain about. The bedroom is at the back of the unit and can be a little bright and occasionally noisy on the weekends, but it was comfortable enough with plenty of wardrobe space. The building has basic backup generator during loadshedding, but not to the units, but thankfully we were on a lighter schedule. We were there in cooler weather, but the balcony gets full sun between 10am and 2pm, so perhaps next time we will bring along some extra sun protection items. One or two minor items in the kitchen would be helpful - such as a whisk or an airfryer as there is not an oven. We forgot our binoculars, but again Martin was incredibly generous in helping us out.

Coffee and accessories is a lovely personal touch for a self catering apartment. Reception staff and owner are very welcoming and willing to help.
This isn't a dislike but a suggestion for long term self catering stays there is no oven. An airfryer or halogen oven would be ideal.

View was very nice. Sitting in the Patio watching the sea was very relaxing. Owner was communicating efficiently, we knew what to do when checking in. He was willing to come replace the TV after we made him aware it was giving problems. We had a wonderful stay.
The bed is small and pillows very hard. For the two days we were there Our TV acted up after few hrs of watching. Had to be switched off to cool off then restart.

The building is nice and secure. It's very close to Ushaka Marine world. You can get things you need at a Kwik Spar nearby, and the staff is friendly.
As a first time traveller, I found that I didn't have pegs so I could wash my clothes. I would have liked to have salt, and an actual blanket as well.

We liked the location it’s very secured.The house I fell in love it felt like home.The house have all the details a home needs(stove,ironing-board etc).Open kitchen watching Movies and Reality show on Netflix,YouTube,Showmax on Tv and WI-FI is available unfortunately for us we couldn’t connect..Talking about the view it felt like private Island vibes..Boats cruise and you can also walk to the Beach and close to Ushaka Marine with facilities around.Talking about transport their buses,taxis or you can request bolt.And I loved the staff they were very professional and friendly…
The bedroom needs another side table,easy access to the Wi-Fi and looking at their website number of people booked we spent money we didn’t plan..

The Host was very helpful and kept us updated on load-shedding times and activities in and around the area. This was the perfect location and ideal for a great relaxing vacation. The apartment is located within walking distance to Ushaka Marine world and tons of restaurants, bicycle hire and gondola rides from Ushaka Marine world. The apartment building had impressive security features, facial recognition upon entering the main apartment building. Always felt safe and secure. The views from the apartment balcony were absolutely spectacular!
