The building is old but the updated room was awesome! The bed was extremely comfortable and the staff was very friendly and helpful! I highly recommend staying at Motel 101!

No continental breakfast but that may have been due to COVID 19.

Walk about 1/4 mile to the beach.

Nearby restaurants either weren't open or full. Beach season seemed to be over weekend of 8/21, so locals were rolling up the sidewalks. Not Motel 101's fault, but two women in the next room came home falling down drunk and made a lot of noise till I called the manager.

It was a last minute booking and was over priced, but i had no other options.

The owner, his wife and elderly mother are the only ones who run and maintain this motel and it's clean, comfortable, and very affordable. Very friendly, accommodating and homey.

The value was okay for the town I guess. It seemed pricey for the place tho. They allowed our small dogs

The hotel had no AC, hair dryer,dresser,hangers, it was older and walls were dirty. Faucets were backwards so my daughter ended up with a cold shower.

The room size was generous.

Had to call staff to get someone to come for check-in. Appearance is run down. Bedding dingy.

Clean, comfortable bed, friendly owner

The whole room was rough around the edges.dirty areas and scuff marks on the doors,over 20 small holes in the walls along with some scuff marks. No tissue, hair dryer,extra blanket, no breakfast or coffee.

Cheapest hotel in town and everything worked great. One of the best shower heads I've used.

The fact that it was close to my sister

The room had an odor that made my sinuses burn. Had to open windows and door. Heat only went to 72 degrees and I was cold. Hand prints on the inside of the windows. Electric was shut off at 9am and the host was no where to be found.No one answered the phones either. I spoke to the electrical crew and they said he was aware of the shut off in advance and I was told it would not be restored until 2pm. I was fortunate my sister lived near by so I could get warm and have a shower before traveling again
