كل شي اعجبني الموفع والنظافه والرقي والراحه والهدوء وتعامل الموظفين وخصوصا موظفة الاستقبال دانيه السقاف كانت جدا رائعه ولبقه معي فشكرا للجميع ولموظفين المطعم كذلك

Decoration, staff, location

the value for money , and i rented a car with a driver and its was relatively expensive compared with the average prices and the driver was not experinced.

Great place to stay. Rooms always clean, nice atmosphere, and friendly and professional staff. Front desk are always helpful and nice especially Aliya, mohannad and naif.

The Gym timing, separated male/ female , Morning til5pm female Rest male. It should be open hours or separate Gym and swimming pool

I stayed two days at Shirvan hotel and it was one of my best experiences in Jeddah. I loved the room and the city yard has too many cafes and restaurants no need to go outside. Special thanks to Fatimah the guest relations. She was so kind and helpful.

From the car park to the reception, the atmosphere was amazing. The room was absolutely beautiful and wonderfully secluded. I loved the services the hotel offered - the gym, the pool, and the nearby cafes and restaurants meant I didn't need to use my car at all. Highly recommended!

Modern and clean, excellent food and entertainment options at the hotel doorstep, convenient valet parking, in room dining is literally provided by an excellent restaurant, room ambience.

Naturally due to the location and adjacent restaurants can be a little noisy at night during the weekend (can be a positive if you like a little noise ambience to sleep to)

the swimming pool is a very good asset. I loved it! the perfume in the whole building is really really nice. very clean. the restaurant is welcoming. they remembered me from my last and wrote me a short note that I appreciated: very personal touch. Bravi.

the wait for the luggage in the room after the check-in, a bit too long (I needed some sleep and I had to wait)

everything in particular is amazing the suite and the memories are all valuable… also the services

not like as much as a suggestion i booked my reservation included breakfast thinking that it was an open buffet the menu was good but still not very excellent

the reception lady wasn’t familiar with booking app reservations, so she was about to charge me twice while I’m have already booked my charge through booking app

Location, room is very comfy, stylish decor, attentive staff, breakfast food quality is great

Breakfast is crowded as they welcome external guests, no kids club
