Peaceful surroundings, amazing staff cannot do enough for you. A really special place and lots of wonderful bars and restaurants on the doorstep. Up on the hill we felt safe and happy

Nothing. The whole area would be difficult if had mobility issues. Our taxi dropped us off up the road, but the staff were able to arrange a taxi to pick us up at the door on departure.

The staff was excellent. A special thanks to Catalina. She was super helpful with suggestions of things to do in the area, arranging tours, etc. She even gave us a train card to use when we decided to take a day trip to Vina del Mar. The property was within walking distance to several things. The patio was a private oasis in the middle to a highly developed urban area. Very good breakfast

An actual door to the balcony rather than climbing through the window but not a big deal.

I'm trying to find words to describe this place and their entire team. From the first contact I could feel attention and concern for us. When we arrived Catalina welcomed us so well that we were impressed. She told us about the city with a tourist map and helped us understand a little about it. I am so grateful for this special experience! Thank you people.

Excellent Staff: very friendly, great communication & organisation skills. Excellent safe Location surrounded by quality restaurants cafes bars & boutiques Excellent Transport provided from Port & to Airport & added to bill. Driver excellent. Great value walking tour booked & added to bill

We liked everything. Note the hot water for the shower takes time to run hot. Note stairs & no lift but the staff take care of all luggage so not an issue.

The location in the neighbourhood of Cerro Concepción and its garden setting. The room was spacious and well decorated.

Hotel, Personal, view were perfect. The manager helped me with almost everything I needed. She explained me, wich districts are dangerous, wich I have to visit, where can I try local food and where I can go at night for partying. Hotel has 1-2 Parking slots, what is excellent, if you’re traveling by car. the hotel is placed almost in the center of the district and from there it is quite comfortable to go to all sightseeing around. I also received a Aluminium bottle for water from the hotel as a gift. Personal in hotel is English speaking.

More shadow in the courtyard would be good. It’s my only first hotel, where I was offered to leave a tipp. I mean, all coasts of hotel must be already included and it’s a little bit strange.
