Really easy and fast communication with all information someone needs. Place is clean and quite. You have a lot of cabins to store. Also you have a large canister with water of drinking quality.
Place is a bit of the road. Be aware. But taxis easily found the place and it's cheap. Room could looks a bit more cozy.

Loved the simplicity of the check in and the logistics. The room was perfect for my needs on a solo dive trip. Everything was as advertised.!

Beautiful amenities, shower was really nice, bed was comfortable, easy check in and they allowed us to store our bags for the following day after check in- highly reccomend!
It's a little ways from the downtown center but a safe, upscale area- took us about 20-25 minutes to walk downtown. This was not a dislike for me! Just something to note if you want to be closer to the action or dont want to pay for cabs. I preferred this neighbourhood as it was a quiet place to rest and felt very safe. Also close to several supermarkets and restaraunts.

It was very nice, had everything we needed and it was clean. The host is available and rent us a scooter with which it was very easy to go around the island

There was nothing not to like. Stay in a neighbourhood rather than a commercial hotel. Emma was amazing and very responsive to all our queries. Able to rent a scooter on site. We loved it so much we booked it twice. Highly recommended staying here.

The room is very big and clean with a lovely balcony. The owner was very easy to contact and everything ran smoothly.
It is quite far out of the way from everything which means needing to hire a car/motorbike or getting taxis around.

Apartment is a right for the money. Not so far from city centre and with private parking.
Beds aren't really comfortable. The room itself and specially the bathroom weren't very clean. The sink was a bit clogged.

Great place! The owner is kind and helpful. The room was clean, had a fridge, a conditioner, and a TV. You can also rent a bike for about 500 pesos per day.

It is very nice and big apartment. We stayed for 2 nights and had everything we needed. You can rent a scooter directly on the property, so it is great. It is little bit far from the center, but will definitely get back. Thank you.

When we arrived they were completely confused on which apartments to give us.
This is not an apartment. It is a room with a bathroom, with a fridge in and some plates. The room had no windows, so obviously no city view as they described. I left early, lost my money.

The place was clean and confortable in general
There was neither a hand towel nor bed cover. The window blinds were broken. In general everything looked cheap (from toilet paper to towels to tbe shower head). After making the reservation we were notified that hot water is limited to 30 liters and then you have to wait at least an hour for the water to heat again.

Lovely spacious room with good AC, a fan, a small balcony and key code locks for the doors (no worries about losing keys). Ended up staying for 2 extra days as it was a perfect base for the amazing diving on offer in Cozumel. Also rented a scooter from the accommodation and was super easy to organise and a good price.
A bit out of town, but I didn't mind that with the scooter. An easy 20min walk or a 3minute scooter.

The checkout time is 10AM which is early in my opinion. Also, they didn’t have Wifi.
