Excellent host and great apartment. Would 100% recommend. Will use again in the future for travel to the area.

Just what we required and local to all our needs .would stay again

Cozy apartment, wonderful bedding.

Unfortunately we had some unforeseen events, such as the fire alarm that had a technical problem and woke us up, leaving me super panicked and with a lot of anxiety, I ended up having to take medication to control the level of panic I was in. Fortunately the situation was resolved and we could rest again. shortly after that, the other day we had a question why the visit to Bishop's Stortford, I didn't understand the reason for the question, but in any case I answered!

it was so clean, perfect location for the airport. beautiful area, lots of amenities in the apartment. everything you could possibly need

We liked everything, the comfort of the beds, the bathroom, the living room..

A brief attention regarding cleanliness in the things that were inside the oven (the grills and roasters were used and very dirty) behind the sofa bed near the window there was a lot of dirt on the floor (lid and milk seal) that's all! A tip I give is to turn the TV into a smart one, there's Google chrome in the £22 stores, this is good to have a better experience in relation to the TV. :) Hanna the manager of the property is very solicitous, always ready to help! We definitely loved our stay, we hope to come back soon! :)

No breakfast option as self catered apartment. Location was ideal as only a five min walk to shopping centres

Can’t be helped but it’s quite noisy especially in the evenings due to the patrons of the establishments underneath and around the flat and you can hear people in the other flats. I understand this is something that the host cannot help or change (I’m sure she would if she could as she was super helpful!) but it might effect a light sleeper!
