My friend and I stayed at Ocean Cliff for a week. It was an amazing experience overall. We booked airport transport with Cliff through the hotel and ended up using him as a driver the rest of the trip. He absolutely made our vacation - making sure we got where we needed to when we needed to, helped us figure out our plans, and made us feel safe as 2 females traveling alone. The hotel itself is gorgeous and in the perfect location between 7 mile beach and the cliffy side of things. The staff at the hotel was extremely friendly and attentive. Ricardo is the best bar tender on the island hands down. It was great coming back to Ocean Cliff after a busy day because it feels like your own little piece of paradise. It's quiet and relaxing for days that you don't feel like leaving the hotel. 10/10 experience we would come back in a heart beat.

Beautiful property, we especially liked how there was a little private beach and pool, so there were different options to hang out. Also, enjoyed being able to go for a morning snorkel right off the property. Staff were very friendly and rooms were comfortable.

Double check your final invoice. We found an erroneous $25 USD charge titled “tip/front desk”. However, the staff was quick to remove the charge and apologized.

I love that there was a mini beach located at the Hotel. The property is a gem and just overall breathtakingly beautiful. Loved the ambiance - it was giving private villa vibes. There was no fuss or too much crowd which was exactly what we wanted. Also loved the close proximity that it was to the town and restaurants. We had a wonderful time and would 100% recommend.

Heather the events manager was very welcoming even before we got there she made sure our questions were answered and that we felt comfortable. The blue mahoe restaurant is really good, beautiful location on the property and they serve amazing food and drinks. All in all everyone on property was warm and welcoming, special recognition to Shanakay from blue mahoe, Racquel at the front desk and Ms Windsome from the spa. We had an amazing time.

The design of the property made you feel like you were on a private island. The stone work was incredible and our rooftop room was very beautiful and private.

The hotel looks beautiful and very green, it has so many nice different plants and flowers, loved it. Also it is so peaceful and relaxed. We stayed in a garden room which had a nice tropical interior and was cleaned every day. The only one thing I did not like in the room is the fridge, it is old, big and does not suit it’s design.

The service does not correspond 5 star hotel, the staff was extremely slow. Few times we had to wait more than 1 hour for our lunch to be prepared. Same with breakfast. The food was very delicious though. It would be nice if the waiters were more proactive with offering food and drinks at the pool area. Instead there was only a massage lady who tried to sell spa services every day. Also communication between the staff does not seem to be efficient, you have to book a massage at the front desk but when you go to the spa area they have no idea about your appointment. Same with the restaurant, it does not seem that they discuss in the beginning of the day what they have and not from the menu. Snorkelling gear is very cheap and old, impossible to use it.

everything about the property was above and beyond expectations. The staff was amazing. The grounds were super clean. The rooms were fantastic. A great place to relax. Management was exceptional.

Exceptional sea side location. Rooftop room looking over the ocean through the lush gardens. The Blue Mahoe Restaurant beautifully located on the cliffs. Excellent food with many choices. Wonderful expert massage and facial treatments. Pool and bar areas offer incredible views of the sunsets.

ocean Cliff is an oasis on the cliffs - beautifully positioned and meticulously maintained - we loved the privacy of our room the peaceful locations and swimming and snorkeling from the cliff stairs - the staff were very friendly

I absolutely loved this place!!! It was the first place I stayed on my Jamaica solo trip and honestly it was by far the best. The staff, food, amenities, view and location all exceeded my expectations, and that says a lot because I had high hopes for this place! There was a small hiccup at the beginning of my stay and Heather (the manager) took care of that promptly, she really cares about giving the best possible service to all of her guests and it shows ! It is the ideal place for relaxation, and good vibes. Ricardo and Lateisha are my people miss them already !! <3 The best and freshest food I had in all of Jamaica, and the infinity ocean fed pool was just amazing. The rooftop cottage was also beautiful but sometimes got some noise from the street at night, so if you want absolute peace and quiet I would suggest the ocean front villas, thanks for a wonderful stay, I will be back forsure.. one love !

The location was good, close to the major attractions in Negril. Restaurant food was good . View of the sea, sunsets for taking pictures are good.

On checking in...all information about hotel WiFi access, towels for the pool was not given.by the female receptionist However was quickly corrected by a male receptionist who took us to our room.

The facilities were good the view was amazing. I got to see a beautiful sunset. The ambiance was great.

The distance was very far....the drive was like 4 1/2 hours from Kingston which was very tiring.
