Has a nice view and was clean

Couldn't enjoy the view since the windows were not clean and it was blurred. Didn't have some basic amenities like an Iron box, Hair dryer and one of the window was not closing fully and had to hear a lot of noise at night.

The locarion perfect, area. I went walking around the canal, i felt safe at night. Customer service was very helpful. Security guard help me with the safe of the room card. I'd booked here again.

The parking, there was no parking. When there was one, they charge me for 2 days when i only stayed there for 1 night. That was my biggest frustration. I think they just did that so they can get more for my money.

Air con unit was tiny and could not keep the room cool, it got rather uncomfortable

Location was good. Easy to walk anywhere. Key pickup and drop off is easy. Room was clean. Stocked with dishes. Had everything I needed.

It's just down town but the worst traffic ever. I live in the sf bay area and the traffic is much worse. This makes the location nice.

Cute and clean but...

The location was not in the MODERN but the Monarch instead. Key didn't work, bulb missing from foyer to studio which leaves you in pitch dark to find the door. Outlets hidden behind bed, Headboard fell off. Blinds did not exist in bedroom. Blinds would not drop or close in bathroom leaving fully exposed open shower to high-rises around the block. Gave me the creeps like some sort of set-up for voyeurism. I refused to bring my daughter there. Asked for a refund leaving the bedding and linens unused. Owner refused refund. Had to go through Wells Fargo for refund.

the apartment was super clean and bed was comfortable

the bathroom blinds didn’t close so had to put a towel on the window so no one could see in while showering, there is a huge window space that has no blind so the room is bright as soon as the sun comes up and the air conditioning barely worked

Everything you need since most of the day and evening I was out exploring Honolulu and parts of the island. Very clean and comfortable. Like the corner windows.

Lack of balcony to sit out early morning / late at night. Knew that though when booking. It would be convenient to have a few more power outlets.

i loved how everything was in walking distance. also the city view was beautiful and the room was modern and clean. also most necessities were provided and the owner responded in a timely manner.

I didn’t like how one of the windows didn’t have a covering and also the bathroom window covering didn’t work. also the room didn’t have great cooling like it got cool but it was still kinda humid.
