Адрес на букинге указан неправильно, телефон тоже чужой из Швейцарии. Было сложно найти реальное местоположение, отсутствовала связь с владельцем. 1.5 часа ждал пока владелец ответит в чате и сообщит верный адрес: C. de la Joyería, 4, San Blas-Canillejas, 28037 Madrid, Spain. На английском языке не разговаривает, общение только через переводчик. Проживание в двукомнатной квартире вместе с семьей владельца (6 человек), очень тесно. Комната маленькая, нет стола, стула. Очень холодно ночью, кондиционер не помог. Теплая вода в душе очень быстро заканчивалась (неудивительно, учитывая размер семьи). Есть маленькая кухня, но ее почти все время занимал кто то из семьи.

I was pleasantly surprised. Despite being cheap, the room was clean, cozy, and comfortable. The shared bathroom was also spotless, and the location was ideal 5 min from metro. The staff was friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this affordable accommodation for anyone visiting Madrid.

Room was equipped with hair dryer, smart TV, sufficient plugs, shampoo, soap and hooks. Room was located opposite the toilet and main door which made it convenient for us to move quietly in the house. People are really friendly, tried their best to communicate and answer our questions. Located within walkable distance to Centro Comercial Las Rosas, a shopping centre with Carrefour megastore, etc. as well as bus and train stations.

There could be a mirror in the room. A/C wasn't working but it was not a big issue.

Cheap accommodation option. Living with a real family (although I didn't see them much).

Quite a long walk to bus or Metro routes. Gaining access a bit of a hassle, trying to arrange mutually possible times to get key. Rather cramped shared bathroom.

The room was perfect! The beds were very comfortable and the air conditioning kept the room a pleasant temperature during the summer heat wave. The facilities were perfectly sufficient and the owner was very friendly and helpful. The apartment was in a quiet location with excellent access as there is a metro station very close.

The building was in the different place. The booking map the map was in the wrong place. We waiting 30min in wrong place. You must get the adress. That was right place.
