Die Zimmer sind modern eingerichtet und sehr sauber!
Es ist alles vorhanden, was man während eines Städtetrips benötigt. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet mit sehr hochwertigen Geräten und Geschirr. Es gibt ein Bügeleisen und sogar ein Bügelbrett, einen Föhn und die Nutzung des Safes ist gratis.
Außerdem findet man überall im Raum kleine Extras, wie z.B. Tee und Kaffeekapseln, etwas Milch und Wasser im Kühlschrank und sogar eine kleine, sehr köstliche Schokolade.
Das Bad ist etwas klein, aber auch sehr modern und mit hochwertigen Sanitäranlagen und Armaturen und einer tollen Regendusche ausgestattet. Die Handtücher sind außerdem sehr hochwertig!
Die Zimmer sind mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet, mit hübschen Karten und Vasen.
Unser Zimmer lag im 16. Stock und der Ausblick war einfach grandios!

The bed was extremely comfortable, and the blackout blind was very effective. I had some of the best sleep I've had for a long time. Staff were very friendly and helpful too.
The room wasn't especially large - I would have liked a bit more of a seating area. One side of the king size bed was against the wall. The TV was to the side of the bed.

The room was very clean and modern. The kitchen was well set out.
The bathroom was small and poorly designed. The floor was dangerously slippy. The hand basin wouldn't empty. The room was much smaller than we expected. The bar was not a bar and was very expensive.

The location is exceptional, right at St Peter Sqaure. Easy access to everywhere with Tram and Bus. The view is nice as we were in the top few floors.
The double bed is combined by two single bed, so there is gap betweem me and my partner, which is not a so good experience.

The room was clean & tidy, with a Nespresso coffee machine and a good TV with the ability to cast YouTube/Netflix etc via the Wi-Fi connection.
Staff were great and friendly.
Complimentary glass bottles of water in the room also.

All mod cons of a high quality. Great location, we had fab views from living area and cool breakfast/bar area with great views too. Small shop too that had all your needs for a decent meal in and you can use your kitchen/microwave etc.
Nothing really, but like most hotels the control of temp at night is never right.

The location was perfect, really close to local amenities such as a lovely coffee shop, trams and multiple restaurants and shops. Only a 10 minute walk from major shops like the arndale centre and a 20 minute drive to the Trafford centre.
There was no parking provided by the property and parking cost at least £15 a day.

Overall very helpful staff, perfect location and beautiful room. I slept really well in a very comfortable bed. I also loved having a little kitchen because when travelling alone, I usually don't like going to restaurants. The kitchen had everything I needed for a few days!
Could have been a tad cleaner, there were strange stains on a chair and on the head of the bed. Also a fire alarm one afternoon, just a test but I wasn't expecting it and was definitely alarmed. Other than that everything was lovely.

Enough space for someone traveling for more than a couple of days. The property is in a central location and easy to walk to shops, train stations and restaurants nearby. There is a small kitchen which has a good selection of cooking/dining utensils.
The sink in the kitchen is so small it’s nearly impossible to wash more than 1-2 plates. It would be nice if they offered a towel change service for free rather than having to pay for a full room clean.
